These idiots change numbers each time I block their calls. Now I play games with them. I give made up credit card numbers- put my grand kids on the phone- blow a referee whistle in the phone after I get a person. <br /><br />

Bank Card Services. Very similar to the "Rachel from Cardholder Services" from  A+ Financial Center, LLC aka Accelerated Financial Centers, LLC aka; Accelerated Accounting Services that was charged by the FTC with misleading consumers about their services, calling phone numbers on the Do Not Call Registry, illegally collecting up-front fees, and making illegal robocalls. The FTC imposed a judgment of $9,238,155 in August of 2013.It seems more than coincidental that "your second and final notice to lower interest" calls began just as "Rachel" calls were tapering off. I would be very surprised if "Cardholder Services" and "Bank Card Services" were not related ventures.Rather than complaining to the FCC I recommend filling out a Do Not Call online complaint at the FTC website. They seem to be far more effective with predatory phone scammers.

Says no problem with your credit card we just want to tell you  = it is a recording I hang up when they call. I don't have a credit card.  Jokes on them.

Credit card debt restructuring call.  When I pressed 1 to talk to a representative and asked to be removed, they rudely hung up.

(Call the number on the back of the card to make sure)  I kept Robert and Lydia on the phone for 10-15 minutes feeding them a line of BS.  What they want to do is charge your card between $700 and $1000 to lower my interest rate.  They want to make sure that you have a balance of $5000 and then they will talk to you.  Try to keep them on the line as long as you can to prevent them from taking advantage of someone who might fall for it.  By the way they said that they are in the corporate offices of Visa.

These people are scammers! Being on the "Do Not Call" list wont help you. The Do not Call list is useless in dealing with these people. In fact....I think the Do Not Call list is becoming a waste of time. They don't do anything as far as I can see. Serious legislation and aggressive prosecution, and actual investigation is the only answer, and I don't see it happening anywhere , whatsoever! The "Do Not Call" list is a complete and utter joke and waste of time!

I get calls about lowering interest rates on my credit card, when I ask which card they represent they hang up..they use assorted number I've never gotten a second call from the same number!

I keep getting calls from 201-267-5646.  When you try to call them back, you get a message that the call can't go through or the mailbox is full.

They call me evey day and I want it to stop!

I'm never going to hang up on a telemarketer again.   Their companies value their time and hanging up simply allows them to call another number.    I plan to keep them on the line for as long as possible from now on.   Tell them you've got something on the stove that you want to remove and that you'll be back in just a minute.   Tell them you're interested in what they've got to say.   Put down the phone and walk away until they hang up.   If they are going to waste my time at least I'll waste a bit of theirs as well.   Besides, it's more fun knowing you're annoying some chump who isn't qualified for a real job but instead works in a menial job annoying people.

I've finally figured out how to make these people angry.   I pressed "0" during their recorded call and was connected to a young woman who went into the spiel about lowering my credit card rates.   I let her talk and kept asking questions for five minutes.  I assured her I was very interested in their service but was waiting for my wife to get back from the mailbox so she could also hear what they had to say.   When the dim witted woman finally figured out I had kept her on the line unnecessarily for five minutes she was LIVID and I got to laugh at her before she hung up.    I'm still laughing!   Call me again you twits!   I've got all day for you!
