THey call me a few times everyday. Actually know my name but will not tell me who they are collecting for and only want my information. Blew a whistle into the phone a few times. Have added the number to my reject list but they have multiple extensions.

I keep getting calls from this number along from others of random scams. Pissed off because I am on the do not call list and still receive these calls every single day and can't figure out who to make a complaint about. This time it was American insurance company about my car insurance. Would love to figure out who is selling my name number and info so I can sue them!

OMG!  Same here... never even HAD T-Mobile!  Last guy was a jerk and rude and ended up in a screaming match with him... ugghhhh!

Call the number back and tell them to stop calling. They will remove you number from their list. You may have to call a few times but if you tell them you are on the Do Not Call list they will stop calling.

I've been getting calls from these LOSERS for the past month!! I've had enough. They call from multiple numbers.

They have many different numbers all starting with the (201) area code. I will report all of their numbers. This harassers will continue to call multiple times a day every day, when you answer you will hear music and a recording asking you to please hold, when someone finally answers they yell "hello" as if you just called them, then a rude ignorant trashy sounding female will proceed to pretend she's looking for someone at your number by a fake name or by various fake names whenever you answer the call. She will yell at you and try to argue with you when you tell her that she has the wrong number-to take your name off their calling list and do not call back. They harass and keep calling. Here are some other numbers:201-499-7970, 201-942-4418, 201-942-4414.

First, they call my house if dont answer then they call my cell, then call the house again and so on.  This could go on for hours. I believe it has to do with T-mobile selling the accounts customers close to another third party. They are driving me crazy.

I have recently been getting these annoying calls and they call several times a day ..i answer and they hang up..i blocked the number and next thing i know they are calling from a different number..its really pissing me off...

DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS are the most annoying people in the world!!!!! I get calls 4 times a day while I'm at work its a real pain looking for the wrong person! Write it down Ive said it once Ill say it again STOP CALLING ME!

This number doesnt stop calling me I receive up to 7 calls a day on my mobile phone.

this company has phone numbers from (201) 499-7000- 201-499-7999, MCIMETRO ACCESS TRANSMISSION SERVICES LLC scam to get your card information. then get hostile when don't give them the info told them several times they had the wrong number..still keep harassing me...Just play the mind game with them they will get annoyed and leave you alone...Just give them a bunch of phony numbers....or better yet get a whistle and blow it loud in their ear..then keep calling them back and do it....all over again...they will leave you alone.

I decided to pick up on the # 917-499-7970, this person named Kida Davis claims that T-mobile said I had an outstanding balance for an early termination fee for a line.  I asked them for detail info, and they said it was an early termination fee for a data plan and then they said a line was opened up and was transferred to a different carrier.  There was no clear answer. So which one is it?  I asked them for the phone line they are referencing to 917-293-8350.  They asked me for payment, I told them I will contact T-mobile directly before I want to go further.  I called Tmobile, referenced that tel number and they said that account has been closed a long time ago and is not even linked or under my name.  I further asked T-mobie to check my account whether I have any outstanding balance or fee and they said no.  The agency called me back half an hour later and told me to reference the account# 807804035. T-mobile said the account is a web base service 5gb that you use for internet on a USB.  Opened on April 2011 and closed on May 2012.  That does not register to me at all. I just disregarded it.

Got call from these clowns. Let machine pick it up. They never dialed an extension to activate my phone. Probably robo calls. Morons!

I receive phone calls from Diversified Consultants (a debt collector agency) every single day for somebody who does not live here for over a year now. Every time I get somebody on the line and ask them to remove me from the calling list given the person does not reside at this address and does not use this phone number, they say "ok, removed" and hang up the phone on me. How rude!?!?! I wouldn't care, except I get the same phone call the very next day! Whoever and whatever this place is just has rude and obnoxious employees and in all reality it is just bad reputation and business to act and treat people like that.
This company should receive complaints or something should be done because this is actual harassment!
