It is Dell Financial Services (DFS) (calling from India) with a Union City NJ phone number.
also seen on 201-520-4704 and -4688. Must be a PBX of some sort, they use calling from India to get their US connection.

CALL THEM BACK & ASK THEM TO STOP CALLING AND HANG UP. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REMOVE US FROM THE AUTOMATED CALLING SYSTEM- I HOPE SO.

This is Dell Financial services. The constantly call and never leave a message or say a word when I answer the Phone. IRRRAAAATATING!!!!!!!!!!!!

agreed. I've got to believe Michael Dell would be ticked off if he knew they "harrassed" his clients that pay on time. I NEVER will finance a computer through DFS again.

I'm so glad to hear you say that. I've been having the same experience. Had the most frustrating call with them on Friday. They act as if they are a collection agency and I've never missed a payment - even set up with their auto pay system.

Constantly calls and when I answer they hang up. I hate Dell!! They start calling the day before the payment is due and call two-three times a day until they get the payment even though we've never, ever missed a payment.
