wow. I just got this call too at 8:30pm and no answer. I CALLED back and it kept ringing. I had empire carpet installed recently too.

Thanks. Yes, I had Empire Carpet installed a couple of weeks ago, too. I had this same call but it actually started w/ 011 (international code), so the survey is probably outsourced overseas as well. It's too bad they don't have a better method to take the survey... this lowers my opinion in and of itself.

I am getting the same thing - 2 nights in a row now. They don't leave a message or say anything when I answer, and when I call the # back it just rings and rings. so weird.

I am getting up to 3 calls from this number. They never leave a message, and no one is on the line when I answer.
