I received a (missed) call from this number on my cell - only my family, few close friends, also the Hospital  E.R. have this number !! ! - so I called back to find out the reason for this call.  - For one, I have no debts; - The person obviously in a Company (loud background noises), asked ME for my name (?)  I asked: "First,  who is calling me??"  Answer: " let me connect you with' "that person"'.
On came a long, cocophony of noisy, distorted music - I waited, then I hung up.
This outfit does not have the basics of phone courtesy, I suppose they are bogus.

GC Services - if your student loan is getting ready to default, they work as a mediator between you and the National Student Loan Authority to keep your loan from defaulting.

I have received unwanted calls from this number at my home, cell and work numbers. I would like them to stop harassing me with their calls.

Today I received a phone call from this number claiming to be from GCC Services on the west coast offering my uncle a job. Should I notify him or should I just ignore it?

Received phone call from this number. A woman named Veronica kept blurting out my social security number and asking me to confirm my identity. However, when I asked her to identify herself, she repeatedly stated that she was trying to help me  with a loan repayment payment and that she did not need to say where she was calling from. She was very rude and unprofessional. When asked if a supervisor could be reached, she said there was no one above her and eventually hung up. Called back and another "employee" answered saying they were JC company and that they handled many different types of account. He said she was on "the other side of the building" and would let her know that I was calling. Has to be a scam!

supposedly a debt collector who says he is from san antonio texas,,,,but the nuber comes up as a new jersey phone number.....this sounds like a scam and someone is trying to get you to pay some bill to them ....be careful
