this caller left a voice message for guaranteed jobs in my area, the wanted me to register , But i Did'nt

Just got a call from Job Personnel Ge.

It said, when I picked up "This is a simple dial out message" with an Indian accent hung up

Then my cell phone began to ring, with the same caller id.

Looks like they are harvesting job boards, or perhaps Indian recruiters sharing info with some sort of spam phone center.

Called back to see if for once I could curse them out and it was busy.

got a call from this number with no one on the other end.

called showed up on my cell. no message.  I didn't call the number because I didn't recognize the number and no message was left

They called and left me a automated vm. I called back and asked them to remove me from their list. She said they would.

Called, its been 3 minutes and no voicemail. Im pretty sure its a recording like the other day.
