I too am being plagued by both the 973 843 0059 and now today with the 201 918 3049.....who did you email?

After receiving 45 calls and several requests for the caller from #973-843-0059 about Acai Berry, I tracked down the carrier of that # and sent them e-mail message to control their customers who use this #.  Then, this morning, I received a call from the same idiots from the 201-918-3049 at 8:36 a.m.  I called the # back, it rings to a voice mail for extension 689 for a voice mail that is full, gave me an error and hung up on me.
I did a 411 search on the 201 # and it comes back as a New Jersey Cingular Wireles phone.

I have just received 14 calls from the # in the past 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!! This is insane. I too am a Verizon customer and somehow I will get to the bottom of this. I can't even leave my phone on vibrate at work for emergencies from my kids because all it does it vibrate. Somebody needs to stop this. I haven't answered yet, oh but I will the next time and someone is gonna get an ear full!

my call was free government money from China, not Acai berry . I answered the call and asked them to stop calling . Let's see what happens.

I've filed a complaint with the FCC over this # and 201-918-4832. Constantly ringing and I'm on the No-Call list. Try calling the -4832 #, at least you get a robot operator and can choose to be put on their no call list.  I have a feeling these are cell #'s used to disguise other phone #'s.

My husband a Deputy Sheriff got on the phone with the telemarketer. He advised the caller the the unwanted calls were criminal. That a warrant would sought here in Texas for the telemarketer, the supervisor, and any person of interest if the calls did not stop. He also stated that he had spoke with the NJ State Police.  The calls have stopped. It helps to know the legal terms and what to say to push the right buttons.

CALLS ABOUT FIFTEEN TIMES A DAY WHICH  IS VERY ANNOYING.  CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH STOPPING THIS PERSON FROM CALLING.  THE PHONE RINGS AND THERE IS N ONE THERE.

I to am receiving the calls does any one know what city the calls are coming from. I would like to contact the local police. I have talked to my local police and stated that I could file charges, but to try the local police first.

Earlier in the month (12/2008), calls from 973-843-0059 would come every 10 to 20 minutes.  Then calls from 201-918-3049 starting at 8:00am and continuing every 10 to 20 minutes started on 12/23.  The calls from the 973 number stopped about that time.  Both are Acai Berry.  It seems to be a computer dialed call - there is a slight delay before the person speaks.  The first thing she said to me when I finally answered was "you want to loose the weight".  This morning they work me up after only a few hours sleep.  I told them twice, in my angry voice, to stop calling my number.  Let's see it it works.  If not, I will try what Sandie suggested.

I was getting a call from this number every hour on the hour. I finally picked it up and talked to the person.
After he said the conversation was being recorded i proceeded to tell him that i did not want their product
and this is harassment and i wanted to speak to his supervisor. He couldnt get off the phone fast enough.
I have yet to receive another call.

This phone number has called alllllll day long to my work phone and has not left a message.  I tried to call back, and received a full voice mail box.  Has anyone actually answered when they call?  Is it a recorded voice, or an actual person?

Number has been calling me for the past couple weeks and I keep telling them to put me on the DO NOT CALL list and they haven't done it yet.  I'm getting ready to blow a whistle into the phone because they start calling at 8:00 am (even on weekends) and they continue until after 10:00 pm.  Does anyone know who can I write to get them to stop?  I have Verizon as my only phone and I've tried blocking it, but it doesn't work.

This person has been calling my home phone at any where from 12-15 times a day for the last two weeks! Never leaves a message. And I did a reverse search on the number and it's a cell phone. I tried to block the number and it won't let me.

I am sick and tired of the 201-918-3049. How do I stop it?

I got a call from this number too, but I didn't answer it.  Before I got many phone calls from the number 9738430059, which finally I answered and they were selling the Acai Berry stuff.  I told them I was not interested and then I got a phone call from the 201 number.  I did a search on the number but all it came up was the area code was from New Jersey.

They call me non stop from both numbers it is ACAI BERRY!! I don't even know how they got my number and I told them 5 times already to stop calling.. still call 24/7

i have gotten over 100 calls from the 201-546-5830 and 201-918-3049 i finally answered the call and told them i wasnt interested in anything because i hadnt signed up for any of it. if you call the number back and listen to their main menu message, it has a press 1 to talk to a represenative and i sat on hold forever and nobody ever picked up. they will say press 2 to be put on our do not call list. and then punch in your phone number. if they call anymore after that which they did my phone, then you can get them for harrassment. hope this helps. they also have a website called the do not call registry. and you can go on there to get them to stop calling.

i've recived 8 calles from this number in the last 48 hr and other like it in the last two weeks from 201-564-4172 and 210-793-8852 im really upset about this ( i can no longer use my bluetooth between 7-9pm

210-918-3049/201-564-4172..Here is what you do.Answer the call but dont say anything.That way they get charged for the call.That total will add up and they will quit calling you.Can also report the number to the FBI.Know the number is originating from New Jersey.They will eventually be caught for the scam they are pulling.Hope they rot in jail.

I get calls 12 to 15 times a day from these two numbers.  I have left numerous messages to stop calling me and it never stops.  is there another complaint form or place we can call to have this stop?  isnt this harrassment?

They call and call and call starting at 6 am. They are never there when I answer and if I call back, it just disconnects. So VERY annoying I am ready to change my number. Why should I have to be inconvenienced?
