stop calling me. It's very annoying that they keep calling me without leaving a message. I want them to stop calling me.

They keep calling me and won't leave a message. They call 6-8 times a day and won't leave me alone.

they called me 4-5 times over a 1 hour period every day for 2 weeks...i told them wrong number (it was for someone else, not me) and they kept calling.  I told them to stop and i'd call the police if they didn't stop harassing me.  THAT WORKED!

STOP calling me!!  This is the 10th time in ONE DAY!!!

Called this number back and got an automated answering service that allowed me to select an option to place my number on their do not call list. We'll see if that does the trick.

I called this company and spoke to someone with a thick accent with a totally american name(?) that I could barely understand. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not let me.  (what?! unable to speak to a manager at a business?) I then asked for a reference number for the call as he told me I could get money back. He had no reference number. I also asked for the address of the business which he didn't WANT to give me but did.  Who knows if it's correct!  My point is, a business caters to its customers, not hides everything. My opinion is that this company is not to be trusted.

I get these calls too, sometimes I answer sometimes I don't; they don't speekkkeee english too well, and my god talk about talking way too fast.  I finally got fed up about 6 calls today and called it back (now mind you I have already told them 'no') put my name on their 'do not call list' and not 10 minutes later THEY CALLED AGAIN!  I told them to take me off the list, do not call me ever again!

They call over and over again, They really need to stop calling.

I filled in my information inquiring on Acai berry about 3 weeks ago, for the first week after I did that: I recieved about 5 calls a day... haven't heard from them since... until today- ANOTHER PHONE CALL WITH NO-ONE THERE!
Can you file harassment charges in cases like this?!

I repeatedly redialed this number about 10 times and I think it effected their answering system. That seemed to stop the incoming calls.

Yea, it's the acai berry people. I tried to tell them that I'm a college student and NOT INTERESTED, but they keep calling.

I FILLED THE INFORMATION FOR THE ACCAI BERRY FREE DRINK AND THIS IS THE RESULT. I GET CALLS FROM THIS AND OTHER NUMBERS THAT I DON'T RECOGNIZE.
I AM GLAD THAT I DIDN'T GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
SO FAR, I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH ANY THING ELSE EXCEPT THE PHONE CALLS.

These people apparently switched to a new number, which is 201-918-4976. Same deal as with the number of this forum, so I called back, put my number on their no-call list and what do you think they did? That's right; they called me right back. The guy on the other end of the line spoke such bad English that I couldn't understand fully three-quarters of what he was (trying) to say. He was selling something. He knew my name and address and wanted to 'send me something to get me started', whatever that was supposed to mean. I stopped him right there and told him that I had just put my number on their no-call list and that I never wanted them to call me again. He apologized for the inconvenience and said goodbye. We'll just have to wait & see if they call back or not.

I called them back & let them listen to what I was watching on TV for a couple of minutes before I hung up. Haven't got a call from them since.

replying to my own post after reading all of the above posts.  I, too,looked into buying acai berry and now I know where this is coming from.  A lesson learned, don't give out phone #'s!

Have not answered for fear of some gimmick but 7 times in an hour.  Help!!!

I just called them and I got a recording directing me to either press one 'for customer service' or two 'to be placed on their do not call list'. Think I'll call back and see what they're selling.

I leave my ringer off, so I don't know if there would be someone on the other end or not; I just get the 'missed calls' messages. Some of the other posters have said there is no one on the other end.

201-918-4875 this number belongs to Pure Acai Berry Company.  I APPARENTLY did a search on the acai berry at one point in time, and they are now calling me to sell me acai berry diet aids.  I told her, thank you for calling me a total of 60 times since 9:07 a.m. this morning - it's now 2:31 p.m. and that she could discontinue future calls.

I would like for this ______ number to stop calling me!!  Calls me 11 times today since 8:25am (Central Time) and hasn't stopped calling since!!  This is really annoying.  If the call is THAT effing important, leave an effing message!!!!!!!

I receive calls from this # 3 to 4 times a day, when i answer nobody speaks and when i let it go to answer machine they don't leave message. i just want to know what is it?, what do they want?

I have caller ID, so do not answer. They start calling early in the a.m.and continue into the night, even on week-ends. It is harrassment of the first order. I answer no calls unless I know who is calling. Now they
hang up before the message starts, sometimes a oouple of rings,never have they left a message of any kind

my  number is sacred.. it's only me and my family member who is in the service know this number..i receive a call from this number at least 2x a day not leaving a message.. now where is our privacy ????
