Debt Collector
The automated call or Robocall came from Dynmanic Recovery solutions looking for a party not this address.
They did give a toll free (866) 637-7739  and  upon reaching a female agent ask for a SHEL-EL (shea-el).
Whether your being recorded or not to me it. Today they investigate the innocent which is label "guilty' ans you must prove yourself innocent.   ONE FOR THE BOOK.  I have no family matter remotely by that name.

I just received a call to my Skype # just a few minutes ago from this same number 201-942-4118. The voice of man with no inflection in his voice. He didn't mention my name. Also, he clearly did not leave his name, no the company he is calling for/ from and no reason for his call. Then, he leaves his toll free number which is 1-866-613-5397. Then says "I'm looking forward to hear from you."

Most debt collectors I've dealt at least left me pertinent info like Agency/Company name, reason for calling I. Detail along with their name and business hours. This guy did none of that. I will let him or his coworkers call again while I will search for his company.

A good way to get the address is explain you don't have a credit card or checking account and you want to mail a money order. This way you know who to mail the cease and desist order to. But if you make promises on an old debt you could wind up re-aging it so I really recommend you ask them to mail you a copy of your bill while looking up the company address online.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.>

I got a call from this number. A loud voiced obnoxious woman proceeded to tell me I had an overdue Citi Bank Visa account in the amount of $11,000 they were trying to collect. She knew my name somehow. But I told her she must be mistaken because I never held a Citi Bank Visa card. She called me a liar and a deadbeet in a tirade of verbal diahreah that does not bear repeating.

some woman just called me looking for someone that has no connection  to my #. when i told her she had the wrong and that i didn't know who that person was, she became loud and defensive saying that if i wanted to keep that person from getting on the phone and lying by saying that i didn't know them then she was gonna hold me reposible for the debt this person has!!!
she never once introduced herself and never once said where she was calling from..it was hard to get a word in with this obnoxious rude woman..needless to say, i told her i was at work and had no time for her and hung up...she proceeded to call me back again 7 times in a row, of course i did not answer...she left no message.
