donna when you ask them for a supervisor and they tell you to go s*** the*****ck they are a scam

these guys called me today 4 times when i asked who was filing actions agains me they said it was from some payday loan place i know i never got money from. the indian guy was very rude, what i could understand, and when i told him i could not understand him he told me very clearly, "go suck my d**k" when i asked for his supervisor he said he was his own supervisor and again i could "go..."

Called asking for an employee.  Told him we don't allow personal calls.  He asked me to take down the message.  When I realized what he was, I told him to remove this number and not call it back.  That's when he proceeded to call me a bitc& and he was going to f*ck me, etc.  I told him he was not going to do any such thing, that he was a poor pitiful little man who would sit around jacking off because no woman in her right mind would let him anywhere near her.  He called back one more time, but I guess he didn't like me attacking his manhood...

this man is calling me three times every morning.  What can you do to get him to stop???

donna like i also got a call form a person names JASON JAMES do not get stress abt them they are not a scammers like some of the people bys using his name and number doing scam on his name like last week i had made a payment of 985$ first i also thought that they are scam and i refused to talk with him after two day couple of cops came at me with a documents stating tat i had done a finacial fraud. nw they a a legal firm dont get messed with these people nd also if any one gets a call the very first thing u hve to ask for d case file number if tat person is giving the case file then they are not fraud

I got a call from him today also.  Needless to say, call forwarding works wonders.  I harassed him for about an hour calling and hanging up, blocked my number and told him I knew about his scam and he was being reported at that very moment.  I finally got it to where if you called the number all you got was a recording and no answered the phone then I went onto my account on comcast and set it up so that just his number would automatically ring to the FBI headquarters every time he calls me.  LOL  I bet he leaves me alone now.

I took out 2 Pay Day Loans from Cash Jar and Fast Cash. They are taking the money out of my Account everytwo weeks. They have been taking the money as indicated.The last few days these East Indians with secular names been calling me threatening me they will put me in jail.One Jason James, called today 06/25/12,  from # (202)239-1271, called and gave me an ultamatim about a pay off to the two loans of $685.00. He wants me to write a letter and give him all of my banking information, so they can get the money usibf my debit information.  This has to be a scam, I will never in life put myself out there again. I AM SO STRESS.

I keep getting a call from this middle eastern guy, very rude, very thick accent...I call back and tell him to stop calling me, remove my numbers so he changes his name and number and calls back but it is always the same guy.  I Kept asking him what he wants, how he got my info so he asked who I was I told him I was not giving him any information and he needed to stop harassing me so he hung up the phone. Yesterday?s number of choice was 202-249-7657 today's was 202-239-1271 let's see what tomorrow brings. These people I tell you and all because I did an inquiry about a loan online.

A man from this number called me saying I owe him money and that they will go thru my job to get it and I told him I haven't worked in 3 yr . Then he goes and tells me about a bank account that I don't have in California, I told him I has the wrong person and he then starts threatening me saying i will go to jail. I told him to leave me alone and go f*@$ himself and he began to yell at me telling me to suck his d*%& and he will f*#^ me , I filed a compliant with the federal govt

Well I'm glad I found this forum. He told me ppl would be here with documents withing two days. So I called the police on him. Also he knew the last four digits of my social. So now I'm gonna f*** around on him. ;).

If you know how to forward your cell phone and you are getting these calls very frequently, you can take care of this problem.

I refuse to answer these calls anymore. Yesterday was LA, today dc area. Been getting these scam calls over a year now at this point, ridiculous! At least now they've left me voicemails, clearly white American names on clearly super thick middle eastern accents. I wish awful things upon these people. awful awful things

I recieved a call from this number as well, he was using the name Richard Williams and he advised me that I had applied for a payday loan and that in their terms and conditions there was a $95 processing fee for each loan applied for through their company. I never applied for a loan by the way. He advised me that he was an attorney and legal proceedings were waiting to be filed and would I like to take care of this today. I advised him I had not applied for any loans and no I wouldnt. The next day I called him back and played nice asking where I needed to send the money order to, he wouldn't give me an address he instead told me to go to Walmart and get a money pack refill card.  I told him I would and as soon as I got the number I would call him back.  I then asked him his name again and he advised me that he was an attorney, so I asked him for his bar number, he refused to give it to me and advised me I could have it when we were in federal court. He then hung up on me. He has several numbers from different states he's using.teri ma ki chut bhenchod...alok koshti tari maa no bhosdo.

So had these punks call my phone twice this morning. I did my research and called back to the 202 239 1239 number. Spoke with a heavily accented male who told me that I owed money to Cash Advance pay day loan and that I would go to trial for fraud.  I asked him what law firm he was from and he said Kivigehan Law Firm.  I asked for more information and he muttered something about my social being blacklisted. I asked how can they blacklist a social. And he Hung the phone up. I called back and stated I was calling the FTC, FCC, and the FBI and I was going to sue his company for violating fair debt act. he laughed and hung up.  Thank goodness for these forums out here!

I have been receiving disgusting calls from this man all morning.  When you tell him he is a scan artist he starts talking filth to you.

I received 2 calls this moening from this number claiming I was in legal trouble and would be arrested in the PM. They would not explain what who or why.

There is no way to stop these people short of changing your number. They have called repeatedly and even threatened to have me arrested from my job. I have advised them that I have been to my local pd and they still keep calling. They stole your information from a website that you may have used to apply for a payday loan. They have all kinds of personal information down to ss#, banking info, work, home, etc... Good luck and turn them into the federal website for fraud.

THIS MAN HAS THREATENED ME IF I DO NOT PAY. I HAVE NEVER USED THIS COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN RECEIVING NUMEROUS THREATENING PHONE CALLS SAYING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY BETWEEN 8 TO 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS TO CLEAR MY NAME.

SAme inidan accent male - threatening wioth legal action to pay a debt that I do not owe. Told him repeatlyb to shut-up and then I hunged up on him - block his phone number with Do Not Distrub. This is a telephone service from wireless company to block phone number that are harrashing you. It works!

This has been happening to me for the last week. He has called me at work and on my cell.  He becomes angry when you laugh and ask him what is he talking about.  He hangs up on you. Each time he calls he or who ever gives you a different name.  Very heavy accent.

I own a business, Lu Lu's groom & board, in Albany, La. I get at least 2-3 calls a week looking for a gentleman that we do not know, we try to explain that this is a business and it is almost as if this person does not understand. He is an Indian man. Last week he called me a 'Loser', today he told one of my employees that answered the phone to tell him the same thing... he said "I love you ma'am, do you understand me? I LOVE YOU" she asked him to never call again and hung up. If you call this number and ask who they are he is very VERY RUDE. Asked me if I wanted him to fight me, that he could do it... how can I even report this? This is harassment, what if my son answered the phone?! This man will say anything, cusses, threats, lies.... he is to me untouchable!

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers  in  INDIA /  THAILAND  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

they told me that if I didn't not pay this off that that thewy would see me in court and I would go to jail

Just recieved a call from a guy stating that I took out a loan this yr.  I tried to get more info and the man proceeded to be rude, telling me to be quiet and he will explain.  I proceeded to tell him that this is a scam and he hung up the phone and called me back.  
when I answered the phone I told  him not to call my phone and he stated that I will be arrested.  I then started calling him back trying to scare him stating that I looked him up online and found out that he is a scam.

i was also called and threaten ask me to fax my id and address to them if i did not iwould be arrested for a payday loan called yes which i have know ide who they are .

Just got this call saying I owe money for some cash loan I never did and stating they are the attorney general. He pretended to transfer the call to another lawyer. How crazy is that?! I cursed them out and told them to never call my number again. They have my social security number, is so creepy. I remember 2 months ago I was doing an inquiry on the computer for cash loan and I had put in my information and then I never personally took out a loan. For the past 2 months I get calls from middle eastern or Indian accent men harassing me. The only thing I did is change my bank account. One call was a dirty man with an accent telling me he wants to do the nasty with me...GROSS!!! When I get calls like that I put IGNORE on my cell phone.
