Got a call from that number 5:30 today.  Picked up the phone and no one was there.

This is an unlisted Verizon number.  I only figured this out b/c I received calls from it not two seconds after receiving a call from another number listed for Verizon.  202-315-5369 and 202-315-5371 are also unlisted Verizon numbers.

Also got this phone call today at 3:50 in the afternoon,  on my caller ID it came up listed as---SHARE GROUP INC.  Didn't pick up the phone,  let my answering machine take it,  and they didn't leave any message....

getting a lot of calls from this number  blocked it on my home phone.   they use 5372 as well    non profit org.

The reason you don't get a human or anything else when you pick up is because of the device they use.
The human presses a button and the device calls 5 phones at the same time.  If one picks up they drop  the rest.
And the device does it by the second.  
If you have an Android phone there is a Call Blocking program that you can get.  Put the phone number into it and you won't hear a ring.  It will just disappear.
I imagine that the Iphone and Blackberry will have a similar program.

They called today without leaving any message. Called the number back, and I got an answering machine message. There is no longer an option for pressing 2 to be removed - you go straight to the voicemail. Caller ID says "NA". I'm marking this telemarketer instead of non-profit, since the company merely represents various nonprofits.

endless calls which I do not answer.  No message is left.  Did you guys actually get removed?  I'd love to try that.  Also,  could we find out what non-profits use The Share Group and complain directly to them?  Anyone ever get an answer from those people or are they looking for active phone numbers to sell?  We need to STOP this annoyance!!!

I did the same thing as TC did - called the number, pressed "2" - will post an update if they do not honor the request for removal.

they've been calling my house for days..perhaps weeks.
i've ignored it until today. picked up, they said hello and didn't say hello back quick enough and they hung up. how to stop all of these annoying calls?!

I received several calls from 202-315-5370 when I wasn't home; no message was ever left.  I answered the call today, and no one was there--very annoying.  I can't help but wonder what their game is.

After receiving multiple calls from this number I called it back and got a recorded message saying the number belonged to a company called The Share Group, which does calling for nonprofits. The recording said I could press 1 to get a call back with more information or press 2 to be removed from their list, so I pressed 2. A second recording told me my request went through but to allow 72 hours for removal. I'll update if I get any more calls after that time period
