These people are rude and unprofessional. They will not only call from different numbers but they will  blocked also. I made more than half of the payment due and told them I would pay the rest next month and the guy started getting loud with me stating I needed to pay in full.

I get calls from this number sometimes two or three times a day.  No answer when I bother to call back.

They call but never leave a voice mail. Seems strange if it's a collector that they wouldn't leave contact info, a "reference number" about the debt or anything. Plus we're not currently behind on any bills.

Its IC Systems.  A bill collector for sprint.

We have been unable to speak with these fools because they only stick to a script where they DEMAND to know exactly who you are, ask you questions about your phone number (or numbers) and generally initiate the conversation with a very hostile attitude before you even have a chance to ask what the call is in reference to.

Its due to databases like this, that I was able to figure out that the "personal matter" they refuse to discuss with anyone except the person they are calling for is about a delinquent PHONE BILL!

Calls at 7 AM and at 3 PM every day - calls on Sundays. ... nuisance

I have gotten multiple calls from this number to a phone number that I never give out to anyone other than family.  Never have given it to a business. I have no debts so I don't know why they call.  I always miss the calls and they never leave a message.

I get calls from this number constantly....I get them on my cellphone at all hours of the night, day, etc.  Nobody leaves a message, either.  When I DO pick the call up, nobody is there....It is ridiculous!!!

These people keep calling my cell, asking for someone I don't know. I can't get them to stop. I've asked nicely, but the person they are asking for is not me nor anyone I know.

Agree with the above post -- although I don't know where to go to track down the numbers, so this is only my suspicion, but I have received calls from the following numbers that I think are ALL connected:

Nobody EVER leaves a message.  I guess they think they're being sneaky or something by using different numbers.  I get one number that will call three or four times during the day, then a different number does the same thing the next day, etc.  I don't even know if they're trying to reach ME because they don't leave a message and the person who had my cell phone number last is a deadbeat!

THEY CALL FROM MULIPLE NUMBERS...IT BARELY RINGS ONCE...IF THEY WANT THEIR MONEY SO BAD WHY NOT WAIT FOR AN ANSWER? THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!!

when i answered there was no one on the other end. they've called me every morning for like a week now. i am so glad i checked here

This number has called me twice this morning! 2hrs apart. Glad I checked up on it here. Don't answer! Didn't even leave a message. Save your minutes and don't get scammed!

this number is for icsystems.  they collect for banks and credit cards. don't ever tell them who you are - they are ruthless.  tell them you want everything in writing. also send them a cease and desist letter to them, you have that right under the fair debt collections act.  if you dont pay them exactly what the want, they will call neighbors, friends and your work.  they tell them lies, anything it takes to try and get twice what you owe from the original debtor and they have no proof.

i asked them to mail me a copy of what i owe, the never have.  they stated calling at 7 in the morning against the law.  i finally sent them the letter, certified, return receipt requested- now when they break the law, they can send me a 1,000 for the first fine and $1500 for the next fine.  I have a recorder on my phone which helps record the times and dates.  horrible people

Reverse lookup on whitepages says it's a cell number from Nextell based in DC. But calling back takes you to a 1800 number, something about IC Systems(?) hard to hear the guy who answered. I called, guy answered, I feigned that I had called the wrong number, he asked if they had left a message, I said was trying to reach a buddy of mine, and he asked if he has a 1800 number, I feed him a number that was off from this one by a digit.

Did a quick google search on IC Systems and found it to be debt collector.
