I also got a call from a thich indian accent asking if I was having trouble. And I was as well it was very slow, so like an idiot I gave him my card info and they tried to fix it but were not successful. They were persistant and called and tried again with no more success than there first attempt. The people at "Solace Tech. com" said no funds will be taken. I later checked,they did and I'm trying to get money returned with my bank Citizens.

Beware any calls coming from solace tech. 887-392-0876. This is a scam an ID theft mass banking fraud if you give them any info you will be totally defrauded

I just got the same call from Solace Tech and his name was Alex Walker with a very thick accent. He wanted to take control of my computer and I said not till I confirm who you are. yOUR COMMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL.

I received a call today from tech support saying my computer wasnt updating properly. He call me from 214 460-2735.  I didnt beleive him, so I told him i wasnt near my computer, could i have a number to call back, and he gave me 888-392-0876. I looked up number and it was Solace Tech. I knew something was up because i asked him how my cell number was connected to my IP address. Obviously im not calling back.

So tell me FRAUD, how is it to wake up every morning knowing that you're just another maggot squirming around a crowded call center? Do you enjoy your time spent with all the other vermin? It must be really degrading knowing that you have to be a Cheat to make any money. Don't you have any other skills? Or are you happy being a two-bit scammer?
I'm just curious. Everyone here knows your computer scams are BS. So why do you persist? Are you that desperate over their in your pathetic country? I guess you are. We've even been getting reports from your own citizens. It's so bad you're now scamming your own huh? Well, vermin don't live long. We'll be rid of you soon. I got a call from Solace Tech claiming a problem with my computer not updating ect.but phone number was        from 402-850-9344 Omaha,Nebraska trying to get my credit info also very thick accent. Would not help without cc info. Googled Solace Tech and saw 1800 notes.They keep trying to call me back on Blocked number.What does that tell u.Solace Tech gets around!!! 1-888-392-0876 ask for Ivor

Someone from "Solace Tech" telling me there is a problem with my computer, not updating, etc.
Started walking me through a step-by-step so he could show/prove there is an issue.
Got freaked out and said I needed to do some research before going any further.
Unsure if they would have eventually tried to sell me something, because I got his name (Sam Carter), thick accent, company name and the 888 number and company name so I could look them up.

Googled Solace Tech and the website is under construction. There is an e-mail and a CA mailing address, but the phone call came from DC...

Totally freaked between the movie identity thief and the movie the game, and might be over-reacting, but can always update these comments some other time.
