I received a call from 202 697 7222 from a jaden suvuki who says he works for the government, and I was picked  to get a $10200 GRANT. He gave me his ext #  1205 and a confirmation # AZ10369 he said he worked at 200 Interdependence avenue building HHH SW  Washington DC  20201. then He gave me a number to call 202 470 2486 to get the loan. When I questioned the person on the other line as to what govt agency he was working with he told me it was the grant dept. Then I asked him what dept he was under he said Treasury. I then told him I was working for Homeland Security Customs and boarder protection and was going to check up on him, he hung up. This is definitely a SCAM.

ya i was told i would recieve 8700 so ya fell for it but its a debit card through the state so i dont think they can do anything mean i had no money on it but people like this should be put in jail.... f****n go work the corner sell drugs.... stop f****n with us!!! we work for are money

I called Annie back, told her I knew it was a scam, that they were low life scum and that 2024704840 and 2026663552 had been reported and that they were a disgrace to the human race for preying apon innocent people. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFO!!!!! HANG UP ON THEM AS SOON AS THEY SAY YOU'VE BEEN CHOSEN FOR A GRANT

I got the same call to call Annie Moore as well, and to send them a money order through western union of 211$ and I would get 1400$ on my prepaid card. But there's only 1$ on it, so I hope they have fun with that dollar

I got a call from 202-666-3552. Said he was from the US grant department and I had been chosen to be given a $1400 us grant to be used towards school, a house, anythinh except ordinary use.. He gave me the number 202-470-4840 and the name Anna Moore, and said she was the supervisor, and they had all my info, including my card #, but it's only a pre-paid card with $1 on it. She wanted me to send $211 through western union to a charity of my choosing through them, and that it would take 45 minutes for the 1400$ to be deposited onto my card. I cannot believe the nerve of some people.

I was contacted about the 8400 deal as well but I give them my info. On my real bank card now I have to cancel all my bank info. Please help with these issues.

Received acall from a man telling me that i received a goverment grant. Later a call from ana moore saying that  mygrant is for 8,400 but i need to sent 211.00 to india for Mittarpal singh. Ref # was given and i will receive a call from bank of new york telling me that i need to put another 499.00 and call him back when money is available to put in western union his name is mark wilson atrom a bank of new york which inever understand the name of the bank and ihave until 700 pm ifnot i will loose my money and thegrant.

Hey guys, This is totally BS and it's a scam :) PLEASE BE AWARE OF These numbers!!! 2026666600 & 2024704840.. I totally knew it was a scam from the first second and left them talking and explaining and I was laughing the whole time she was explaining while she was on MUTE! After gaving me the approval code, another number called me to release me the money as they said but wanted me to pay $280 for charity! I ended up saying U GUYS NEED TO GET A LIFE!! And I googled this number, and I know it is a SCAM, she said "YES, We're!!!" I just can't believe how funny is that.

Huuh I just also received this call and was hoping it wasn't freaking that money sounded so good. I told ANA MOORE that I have it and I would get back to her she gave me a 2 week extension. How nice! It was weird that they had my information but some weird address that I never had before. I gave them information to a prepaid card that has never been used thank GOD. They probably would've wiped out my account. I just happened to enter to the number on google and walah magic! Surprise, Surprise!

I got a call from ( 202 ) 000-1111. They had all my information and asked for a credit card I then gave them my card information and then they directed me to call ( 202 ) 470-4840 and speak to Ms. Kelly Johnson. She said I am eligible for $8,000 grant. She then told me that all I have to do I pay $250 that will go to a charity organization to help others. I told her that I would not have the money till I get paid and she said to call her back when I have the money and the $8,000 will be in my account in about 11/2. Is this a scam or what?

i got a call from this number and they called back ..asked my info,,,(no money n my account anyway) but we need to find out who these people are...and fast because its not cool to prey on people, when life is already hard enough

I just recieved a phone call for 202-470-4840 this india man stated  i was selected to recieve a federal grant of 8400.00. He ask for my visa card number, I gave him a prepaid card number that I never used.  Than he gave me a number to call to confirm my grant number with an account manager by the name of Kelly Johnson (which she had an india accent).  She began to explain that she need to confirm my grant number and I had to pay 209.00 and western union it and the money will be sent to me on my card within 30-45min by the Federal Reserves of New York Bank.  Than I said, that's fine, but you expect me to take your word for it and just send you some cash without verifying that you are legit!   Than she got mad and loud with me (like that suspose to make me believe this bull!)  you know how we do as an american, I play along and told her I am on my way to a gas station to western union the money.  I ask her for the code number  and she didnt want to give it to me, so I told her how in the hell you cant give the code number when I need to send you the money, what kind of business are you running what kind of college you granduate from were is your manager.  She was upset.  I had to laugh.  She calm down and said just let me know when you get there and I give you the information.  So I called my husband and told him to research the number and give me a call back.  I headed for the library to do some research myself.  
I behold, my husband said that it was all kinds of blogs on that number and many people were taken advantage of by this scam.  I had to blog and tell my store of theses people who will recieve their judgement one day for taken advantage of the people who are dealing with difficult times.  Oh by the way,  Kelly Johnson called me back and ask if I was readly for the informantion,  I told her is she ready to burn if she didnt repent for a scams,

I receive the same call on yesterday, and yes i fell for it, but something told to double check and that's when I decided to look this number up and look what I found out. Believe me I will know for the funture. Of course, I just call my bank and block them for taking anything.

Yea so i received that call today as well, she knew my new address and my name and everything told me that i was one of 10,000 people who were approved for a Gov. Grant. sorry to say i gave them my debit card number and she gave me a number and conformation number and to call and ask for a women bye the name of Kelly Johnson. When i did so took her forever to answer or even call back. then when i told her i couldnt donate any funds she hung up on me so i called back mulit. times and when she finally answered she said she had no time for me and had many other people to contact and couldnt waste her time on me. So i told her to delete/burn my info and if i find anything happened to my account i will be calling the authorities..she was silent and i hung up. called my bank and they told me to never do that again(we all learn from mistakes) and i told them to keep a look out so i can catch them b*****ds... even tho i dont have nowhere near that hot 120 in my account so now i need a new card number cause of my stupidity. First number they called from was 202-405-4852 and had me call 202-470-4840.

This morning about 9:58 a.m, I got call from 231-542-6784, it was some lady who had an accent, she told me I got accepted for the $10,000 grant, she seemed legit, she asked what I'd use the money for, and she had my name and address and told me to call Justin Long, who had an accent also(438-0004) no area code weirdly, he said he wasn't a scam, and if I felt "skeptycal" to call the FBI and have them trace his numbers and info. that I wrote down to prove this was all real. I called the police station and they said they couldn't do that for security reasons(which Im sure is why they said to call if i didnt believe them bc they knew that they couldn't get traced anyway!!), and he said all I had to pay was $120 for 3'rd world country donations like to the Japanese Tsunami victims and such. I went all the way to a Western Union and I had a gut feeling that maybe it was a terrible idea, so I left and googled all this to make sure it wasnt a scam and it was, so i tried calling them both back a bunch of times and no answeres what so ever! one of them was already "incorrect number" which a fake call. Glad I didn't lose my money, I almost gave them my card numbers!

I also got a call from this number 2024704840, a lady by the name of Diana and she stated that she was calling from the federal grant, and that I was selected to receive 8400.00, however it should not be used on illegal activity, and I could use it to pay off debt, go on a vacation, or even just put it in your savings account. She ask me to call another number 2025551357, and talk with the financial advisor and she stated that her name was KELLY JOHNSON and she had a vary bad accent of a irag, or some kind of palkistanian...she told I had 30 min.to wire the money from a western union, so I fell for it and she stated that once we confirm the transaction we will deposit 8400+the 257.00 intonation ur account so I did and she stated it was a charity. Anyways I send the western union in that amount, totally got scaled, after the 15 minutes she told me that i will be getting a call from the BANK OF NEW YORK, and once again I fell for it, yeah u all can call me stupid! I talk with a guy that was calling himself MARK SMITH also had a very strong accent, he stated that I need to wire the money in the amount of 499.99, I did to Nepal and that person name was RAMDKUR PADU...the next day he old me to wire 389.99 and I told him to deposit my money, and he yelled at me stating it was fun scamming people, and he hung up and I repeatly called them back, and left messages, SCAMMMERS.....I sure hate myself for this get these people behind bars....

Got a call from this number and thought it was legit since i had been applying for grants and loans. They offered me a $7000 grant and i gave them my account number to have it transferred into. Luckily my husband was smart enough to type the number into google and I saw all these comments about it being a scam. I called my bank and had my account frozen. I felt so stupid! Do not answer this number!!!

I recieved the call from 202-470-4840, and they claimed that I had been selected to recieve a grant for $8,400.00 only after I Western Union a charity of a third world country $257.00. I drilled them until the caller got upset and ended the call.
Something should be done about these people trying to scam money from hard working and non working disabled citizens. Please be aware and don't give them any valuable information. I gave them an abundance of ficticious information.

I work in a Financial Aid Office - This is very serious, a student at our school just got scammed.  It's a horrible situation for students who need money and trust people who call and offer thousands of dollars in grants. DO NOT give your debit card number to anyone over the phone, ever! Do not Western Union money to a charity in order to recevie a Grant.  Check with your financial aid office if you have questions, they are there to help you. These people are running a total scam.  Tell your friends and classmates. Be very careful when filling our grant information online.
