Caller says I'm eligible for $10,200 grant. I told them its a scam. He argued then hung up. Calling from DC and included "government" in company name but his accent so understandable that's all I caught. Added to my "Spam" contact.

This company called me asking me to participate in a survey, which I did because they did not ask for any information such as bank information or credit card. I have since read about them online and I don't want them to call me again

So I just got THE CALL too lol but mine was from a 206 area code and I actually went thru the while thing out of curiosity, and then a live person came on and asked my name and zip code and gave me the website and said someone would contact me in 72 hrs so I tried looking up the website and found tons of other ppl talking about this too and some of the posts were back in march so this had been going on for awhile since now it's the middle of sept. And ALL ppl posting have Stated that they got contacted on their cells so this is crazy and I'm wondering how there hasn't been any thing done about this by now so somehow they are doing something right by law, but if enough ppl go to the BBB then maybe we can stop this from continuing!

I have NumberGuru Top Spammer on my iPhone 4, and it caught it for me.  If you don't have it, get it.

Based on comments here, it's a company wanting surveys.

I just recently re-applied for the donotcall.gov.  I even received a confirmation letter in the mail.

Yea I just got a call from this number to so I wanted to see what happend at the end so one live person talked to me for 2 sec and so new my cell number already and she also ask for my address that is when I hung up on them.

This number called me on Wednesday, or maybe the following day, I can't remember. It can also be the weekend. They were soliciting extermination services, claiming there had been some sort of outbreak in the building adjacent to mine. I made an appointment to preempt a resolution. We'll see how it goes.

The 800 number reported earlier in this thread is answered by some guy who claims he has never heard of answer solutions.  Does anybody have a current number?  How do these people gain "clients"?  I need to verify the address as they will be receiving a summons soon.

The number on their website is 1-800-309-9561 (They have now removed it, but perhaps they would still like to be called and TOLD OFF!

I got a few friends working in Answer Solutions. All they do is wait for a qualified caller to be transferred to them and they verify the phone number and address then transfer you to a travel agent.

Of course you can't call them back..... it's automated, if you don't pick up when they call you can't talk to them.

Telus Mobility allows people to send text messages from their website.  That is the number that shows up.  Contact Telus Mobility.

They call my cell phone & I only give that number out to family so how did they get it? Never leave a message but will call several times in a row. Very frustrating to waste minutes on these kind of calls.

I have received these messages on my on call phone 4 times in as many days, one to my personal cell and my cousin also rec'd one within minutes - this is absolutely ridiculous and something should be done about it - if there are any fees associated with these txts I will be seriously upset! What can be done to stop the insanity?

THe scam hs now moved to another number 312-765-7460.  I have received 3 calls the last 2 days from this new number, and I am yet to answer.  it's a new phone # for me and I still get calls for the previous owner.  Here is a link I found with info for hte new #

My house has been getting these calls everyday for the past week or so.  It's become quite annoying.

Received call at 5pm on Tuesday. It was an automated call telling me I could win free cruise tickets for taking a political survey. What a bunch of horsesh*t!

Got a call from this number and didn't answer because I was busy and didn't recognize the number and when I called it back I got a recording saying that "The Verizon wireless number are calling is disconnected or no longer in service." Which is really funny because it was connected when they called me like 5 minutes earlier.
