I have been getting calls from these F*!KS at least 3 times a day. I started telling them I don't own a vehicle and they still call. I have been keeping a log on how many times they call and I have a lawyer looking into a harrassment lawsuit.

They called I hit 1 to talk to a rep and as soon as she assked me the year make and model of the vihicle I have never had a warranty on I told her to take me off the list.  She slammed the phone down and hung up on me.  I'm PISSED!!

Called my cellphone & didn't leave a message. These phone calls are really annoying.

Someone called me from this number and left me a voice message before I could pick up. Voice message sounded like a son left a message for his dad saying the mom is in hospital. I thought it might be urgent and tried calling back and figured its a spam

told me it was about reducing interest rate on my current credit cards, press 9 if interested, pressed 9 told me I qualify for a reduced interest rate asked what I owe and what my current rate was, then hung up on me......

Received call on cell saying something about credit card protection. Guess what...I dont have any credit cards or even bank accounts! So why are they calling I asked? They jerk hung up! When i tried 2 call back it didnt even ring.

I didn't answer it since it looked like a Washington DC area code and I don't have any contacts with that area code.  So I just went to Google and typed in this number.  
Thanks everyone for providing this information.  I'll tell my friends and family not to answer this number when their cell phones get called.

Call from that number to my cell today (12/6). I didn't answer. They did not leave a voice-mail message.

"Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder Services..." a recorded female voice said. I hung up.

Just got the same call regarding lower credit card interest rate.  Pressed 9, he asked me to verify my first name and cc balance.  No warm in that but then he just hung up.

It said it was from DC and it was to lower the interest rates on the "cardholder services that were about to expire" as always, they hung up when I said that I've asked before to be removed... I'm going to call them back.

These people are just trying to get passwords so they can steal from your account.

This call keeps coming from "Rachel for Cardholder Services" trying to check my credit balance.  STOP CALLING ME!

Wed. 5-13-09;AM  Rec'd call on cell fm. this # on 5-12-09 @ 2:35PM Central Time. Didn't recognize the #, so I didn't answer. Looks like this # was "on vacation" for a while, but has returned!

They've called several times.  I haven't picked up after I've read all the comments.  If it's a scam, just let the phone ring!!

My car is 4 years old...I didnt have a warenty on it when I got it. How are these people getting my cell number? It's unlisted.

Continue to call even after I am hung up on after I ask to be removed from the list.  Very Rude, Very annoying, please stop.

I have been trying to get off the list so I decided to play along...yep the guy said "I hope nothing bad happens to you tonight you bi@#%." And then hung up.

This number keeps showing up on my cell. They call atleast 3times a month.. I've asked to be removed from their list and I'll hand up then they call right back and hang up on me.. How can I report this and to who??

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AT ALL. i receive calls from this company that are almost always from different phone numbers. they have been calling me at least 2x a week for about 8 months on my cell phone. they hang up on me every time i ask to be taken off of the list as well. it is absolutely ridiculous. i saw a news agency investigation on tv about them and a few elderly people were cleared out of all of their money because they gave them their information. after that i stopped receiving the phone calls for about a month, but they picked back up again about 2 months ago. i just put a complaint in with the FTC, but the more complaints, phone numbers, and information they receive, the better it will be for all of us. the number for the Federal Trade Commission is 1-877-382-4357. i was informed that you can also call your state attorney general and the consumer protection agency to file a complaint if you think that it is a scam, which it obviously is.

I started receiving phone calls from this phone number yesterday first one came in at 7:08 PM then another one today at 3:36 PM. I did not pick up the phone and ignored the call as only people who are on my contact list have my phone number. My phone also shows that the number is from Washington D.C.

This call is a scam! If you talk to someone they hang up on you if you press "1" to be removed they still call. How do we all make it stop? I thought more than one call was harassment? Isnt it? Us as normal everyday people are not allowed to do such a thing why should some unknown company be able to?

I get these calls multiple times on a daily basis. It is very annoying and even when you try to get your number off thier list THEY STILL CALL!!!!!!!! There has to be a way to get this stopped!

My Question is how are they getting our numbers in a group of ten friends these a holes have 7 of us on speed dial.

It said Wash DC call.  I picked it up onthe same ring as the machine and they hung up.  I was hoping it was Obama geting back to me!
