Hangs up when machine turns on. Never leaves a message.

Calls hangs up, leaves no message.  When trying to call number, it just hangs up.

I answered the call and could hear background noise but no on responded to my "hello". they hung up on me. when I called the number back it gives a different message when I call back - the number has been disconnected or check the number and dial again.
