These people would call me, and would give up after two rings. These people are annoying!

Have received calls every day this week.  There is no one on the line when I answer.  The caller id indicates that the caller is David Bossie, however the phone is ringing as circuit busy (fast busy signal when I call it).  I consider it to be a harrassing phone call....

Another robo call from David Bossie, this time from 202-607-2564. I answered the phone, but there was no one there. What is it that creates a mass marketer: genetic disease, polluted water, or perhaps demonic intervention? In any case, may they get what is coming to them.

They use many different telephone numbers.  This is a terrorist organization organized to terrorize citizens of the United States.

Please post some message to us who have been inun dated by this number...he's driving us crazy!

got call, they hung up, then looked it up... apparently telemarketing?  and yet no. is on do not call list?? how can they then call?

I called the number you posted - 202-547-5420.  Someone answered "Citizens United."  I told her to take me off their Do Not Call List.  I told them that the name, David Bossie, shows up on Caller ID and the number they're calling from is 202-607-2564.  The call is from Washington DC.  She was very nice and said she would take my number off their list.  Fingers crossed.

Caller ID lists this number as being from Citizens United (sometimes from David Bossie). Their office phone number is 202-547-5420, fax is 202-547-5421. Let's all contact them and request that they knock it off!

I have been called sevreral times per week,By someone named David Bossie,from the Washington D.C. area code 202,I don't know any David Bossie,and i want them to stop harassing me,with their annoying phone calls.I'm on the national don't call registary,but the calls from these outsiders,still go through.

Received calls from this number several times a day on both my cell phone &  land line. Call back phone is busy. I would be willing to sign a complaint for the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for this harassment.

Call almost daily asking for my husband, will not speak to me. Said they are Citizens United. Do not understand how these places get our phone number. Have 30 marketers/solicitors blocked and we still get several calls a week.
We are just about ready to stop giving to anyone. Even the religious orgs we give too must be selling our number...

9/21/2011 - These calls are from Citizens United.  David Bossie is the head of this organization.  We get one call per day or evening.  There is no one there and then a click hang up.  The call is probably from some agency who is charging DB by the call.  The USAG office has been after them to put them
out of business from what I read on bing.
