Stop calling me!

i sent a complaint into BCR... hopefully that would stop the calls! ohhhh boy did i send them a message!

Just got a call from 202-607-2806 I called back and was able to talk to a person. I asked him to look up my number and see the reason for the call and he did, he asked if I was so and so and i told him no and then he asked if I knew anyone by that name or if it is a family member and again I said no, I told him this was my cell number and I am not that person, he was very nice to me and said he would pull my number out. We shall see, like I said this was the first call. These people usually don't stop.

These people call me 2 -3 times daily on our business line, we were with AT & T 3 years ago and cancelled their service cause it sucked in our area, no coverage. Well apparently our account had a disconnect fee, havent and didnt sign a new contract or get new phones, fought with at&t for weeks about it they said they would remove the balance due. Well evidently they didnt, and now I am in collections. When I do answer the phone I explain the whole story to the idiot(english is their 2nd language, barely) person on the other end and they dont care all they want to know is when I will be sending them the $ I owe, I have told them several times to quit calling, to no avail. so now I just count on my caller ID. Let AT & T rot in hell cause I will never pay this bill. HAHAHA

My 13 year old nephew is receiving phone calls from this number on his phone. It has been occuring for about three months calling him while he is at school, home and even on the weekends at least once a day. When he answered once, she said her name was Linda looking for Terri. I noticed this towards the middle of the page so I wanted to advise that I previously had been receiving calls such as this and had to change my personal number it got so bad. My problem is this is a 13 year old child they are calling.... LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!!

This people are just starting to call every fifteen minutes for three straigt days,but they hang up.I would like to report this!

i have been getting phones from this phone number morning, noon and night.  I finally answered to see who it is and a women and then a man that spoke broken english told me they were trying to collect an outstanding phone bill from AT&T. I found that to be funny because I was speaking to them on my AT&T phone. lol   Told them that I was recording them and that I was putting them on notice NOT TO CALL ME EVER AGAIN, or I would turn them in.  Let's see if that works

any chase this is part of some identity theft?  i have been getting phone calls from this number, but no one seems to care that its the wrong number.

i've found out that when it's a collection agency calling you. they can't say the name of the agency and why their calling you because if the wrong person picks up the phone and they give that person the info of the person who they're really looking for. then that company can be sue-ed, for breached confidential information. so thats why they won't say who's calling and what they're calling for.

had a brand new AT&T palm centro for less than 3 days and i started getting phone called from a number market "District of Columbia" and my caller ID. my parents got so mad, they always ask for someone iv never hear of, its always either a mexican guy or an indian guy/girl. every time i say i dont know this person, this is a private number please stop calling me, the go "oh iiiim very sorry, wont call back" yet that same annoying guy calls me back 2 days later, i dunt get a phone call a day by any means cut iv gotten 3 phone calls in the past 2 days, and this is 3 months after i spent 2 hours on hold to talk to a manager, soooo me yelling at her worked for a while. lol. but yeh seriously, this is stupid crap

These people have been calling here all times of the day or night asking for Ellen or Alan can't tell... foreigner. Told them no one by that name here and they still call I finally got mad and ask what the hell the calls were about and the woman said personal business. How do you get them to stop and get what ever racket they are conducting stopped too.

I called this number and they said they're a collection agency looking for a person that has never had my cell number. so f*** that! They called me like 6 times at day! And they said BRC something.. and They called asking for Dana Humming and I told them there was no one here by that name. I even dont know her! SO THATS SO ANNOYING!

They called asking for my son and I told them there was no one here by that name. Then they wanted to know if I knew him. I said yes and that he does not live with my anymore and then I ended the call.  Very annoying. They have called twice today. First time they hung up before I could even answer.

I called this number and they said they're a collection agency looking for a person that has never had my cell number. I asked the guy for the company name and address and he said it's BCR, 7575 Corporate Way, Eden Prairie MN 55344. Told him to remove my number. He said it would be taken care of within 12 hours.

I get phone calls from this 202-607-2806 on my tracfone. I filed a report with the police in my town, apparently this is a huge scam so be be careful.

I 411 202-607-2806 and it says that it is a Sprint cell phone number located in Washington, DC.

They Call me EVERY day also

This is NOT a collection agency for Cellular One, or anyone else for that matter. If this were a legitimate company they would, at least occasionally, have the correct information on who they are trying to reach, but it seems that they always ask for someone that does not, and in many cases never has, owned the number they are calling. They refuse to send anything in writing as to what they are trying to collect for, and will most likely hang up on you if you request it. They call from several cell phones registered in Westchester, D.C. There seems to be no legal recourse available, at least from the forums that I have browsed (just google the phone number), so I suggest that we start contacting some news agencies and see how these guys like life in the spotlight. I bet a few hungry reporters calling them all day, every day, will change their minds on their scamming tactics. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a few calls of my own to make.

I just added this number to my call forwarding list ...everyone who gets on that list is forwarded to (999)999-9999. I am so tired of the harassing calls it is criminal!

Getting these calls several times per week looking for a Jennifer. I use my phone for business and when I informed them of that, the caller demanded to speak to the HR department. I told her I am the HR department and there is no Jennifer at this number.  Didn't work. I've received 2 calls since.

I receive calls from this number as well as 202-607-2846 & 202-607-2847 asking to speak to George Gomez.  Each time I tell them they have the wrong number.  Then, they ask me if I know George and I tell them know.  I have asked them to stop calling, and they hang up on me and continue to call.

the problem with this particular co. is that none of the reps actually speak an understandable english.possibly they are not fully understanding that they have the wrong numbers... kindly explain to them to take a course in english and then call back when we can understand what the heck they are saying."this is america, i should not have to press 2 or any other number to understand a phone call"

202-607-2806 (BCR) calls for me and then calls again for my husband; (they are calling about our old cell phone bills through US Cellular; I tell them that when and if we are able to pay the bills, we will get ahold of US Cellular ourself).  I have told them many times that I am unemployed and that my husband is hurt and unable to work.  They then go on to ask how we are paying our phone bill....which is none of their business!  I have told them at least a few times that we only live on my unemployment of $168 every week; it does not go very far!  I'm not the type of person to wish anything bad on people, but for the sake of us with no job (that try our hardest to find one!), that ALL of these collection agencies will one day be in the same poistion as us, getting calls EVERY day 2 or 3 times a day!!

Calls daily-doesn' leave a message, won't stop calling,

I just recieved this phone as a birthday gift, brand new out of the package.  It is a prepaid phone so when someone calls the minutes come off.  I've been called by this number constantly and have been repremanded by teachers during school.  Its annoying and must stop!

Call from 305-384-2104 very annoying.  Washington Mutual.  I have no account with them.  These companies evidently loan people money and don't know where they live or work.  Garnishee their income tax refund.  Just do something but aggravate me.

This number has been calling me twice a day for the past month asking for a guy named Lorenzo.  The person is always foreign and I've told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling, but they haven't.  I'm very angry about this.

I get a call from this number every day asking for Albert Cummings.  He no longer has this number and I keep telling them but they still call.  The person who calls is always different but always has an Indian (India)accent.
I told them today that if they called again I was calling the police.

I bought a prepaid phone for emergencies only and have been bugged constantly by these people and have been able to stop it only temporarily. They always start calling again.
