Constant calls and says nothing

THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALLING WHAT DO I DO I NEED THEM TO STOP.THEY HAVE CALLED ME LIKE THIRTY TIMES.

Been getting the same call. Threatening with a law suit, police, and threatening my family. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to them. They change numbers pretty quick and have no address linking the phone numbers to.

Ive been receiving calls from this number stating that either me and my lawyer need to contact them concerning a fraudulent loan taken out against me and my social security number. These people was able to identify my social. I have no such loan and I don't know whom these people are. I would appreciate your help in this matter. These people need to arrested and be penalized.

Got a call from this number with some bogus information, just wish there was something that can be done about this.

This guy has called me from 5 different numbers from 5 different states.

this is what you do sense they keep calling u . you do the same thing and keep calling them they will start to get mad then stop calling u then you wont have to worry about them anymore

I received a call from sombody saying that is from the FBI and named Robin Miller, and they had my social security number and my DOB and where I worked. He said that shows from my social security that I owe alot of money from a house and I will go to jail, that I have to pay them US 7,200 if I want their help otherwise the police will come for me next day. This paople is very rude.

Received sasme threatening phone call yesterday from this number and a Robin Miller.

same here his name was john smith. Same crap, lawyer, claim against me, has my name and ssn. I told him I checked him out and stop calling.   202-656-0317

I've gotten a lot of these calls lately.  I call back and tell them to take me off their list.  Still get a middle eastern guy.  I'm going to log the calls to see if I get repeats from the same numbers that I've asked not to call me.  Also reporting it to the FTC, not that I expect much from that.

Got a call from some guy with a heavy foreign accent stating that there were six civil litigations against my social security number.  He asked if I had an attorney, then said I needed to call Robin Miller at 202-656-0367 right away.  When I asked him for more information his comment was "I'm just a paralegal"

My wife is receiving the same calls from this number from an individual that goes by the name Justin White. He can barely speak English and has called her 4 times today and when asked what law firm he represents he says the F.B.I.! If it is just laughable!
Anyway we have filed a complaint with the FTC federal trade commission. You file a complaint with them at 1 877 382 4357.
Lets take action against these b*****ds!

When this little man calls me he doesn't even ask for me. He asks for a "Robert Robeet". For months he has been calling asking for this Robert Robeet. So I decided enough is enough and began to make fun of him. It was clear, after he told me to go f*ck myself, that is was a scam. Of he class you again, tell him Robeet said hi.

this man with foriegn accent called me at 7 am and left message on answering machine that i needed to have my lawyer contact them immdeiaty or else i was going to be arrested i called back and some guy answered and said wait a minute you need to talk to so ansnd so i told him it was a scam and i was calling the police

They called me and said he was a cop and said there was complaints filed against me and i hung up and put they on a black list for do not call

Omg just yesterday this guy with a HEAVY accent called me as we'll with the same things you all are saying 1. At first that their was a loan or something taken under my name for $5484.00. In the company name us cash something was suing me  and that I had to pay $150.00 to send the case to court or something like that than he was insisting in getting a credit card number also very rude and just nasty saying how they were going to send the cops will be showing up at my house the following morning if I didn't pay the fee 2.) he read all my information clearly on his system how in the world can he have so much accurate information personal info such as SSN and DOB  this is where I am like so believing its true . Well in conclusion I couldn't go to sleep at all until my Bestfriend the Internet brought me to this and specially that ( 202) area code just would ring in my head telling me something's fishy n it was they are a SCAM !!!

Absolutely a scam. i don't answer my phone if I don't recognize a number and they left me a message saying "the second I get this message, call or have my lawyer call them" I knew right then and there that's it's a scam. Unfortunately I get quite a few of these ..

nv, you are absolutely correct! They have called my house and my job! They gave me the number of their attorney. I called. I looked up the "charges" against me and the legislative bodies from whom they claimed these charges were made. When I looked up  these agencies, there were warnings on their sites about this very scam! I told them that I have reported the number to the police and I told them that if these charges were true, they need to let me, as well as my lawyer know, in writing! Once, they actually asked me if I lived near a supermarket! I asked why and the Middle Eastern-sounding man said that the charges would be dropped if I went immediately to a Western Union and sent them $500!

this his phone number is a scam. They are middle eastern guys claiming they have a case against you for a loan taken out with a fake company called us cash advance. I've received this number and have contacted the FCC. They will harrass you on the phone and make you believe you owe them money. Don't fall for. Tell them you have contacted your lawyers and hang up. These guys will call your work.

Can't speak English very well. Calls my cell and home!!! Ask to talk to me  or my attorney,(since everyone has an attorney that lives with them), then threatens to have you thrown in jail, if you don't pay what you owe.....and I owe nothing! Scam city!!!!!

This number 202-656-0317 called me at work!!! They tried this against me before stating they had 3 complaints against me . Fraud!!!!

I called 202-656-0317 and asked them to stop calling my work. The man (barely speaks English) on the phone actually told me to go f*** myself and that he was going to f*** my mother!
Not a valid company, just fishing for information.
They need to reported to the Better Business Bureau!

this number and several others call me.. the strong accent tells me they are from india.. I had to out the njnber on reject list so I dont keep getting calls. yes they want money and when I asked for documents to prove ehat theyre saying they came up with stupid crap about getting lawyer.

Some guy called and told me same thing, I ask for attorney name he told me Ron King, Financial Crime Investigation, I told him to stop call, these people change their number, this is fraud, I ask for people name file against me, he hung up....

Received a civil suit against me had to much information regarding my social security number and stated needed to send money western union to NJ...contacted a attorney and a paralegal stated they are a scam...
