Never leaves a vm, message or anything. Have never actually answered the call. Believe it to be scam, phishing, spam.. CRAP CALL!!

Sasid they were trying to give me a governmentm grant, because i was a good citizen. No recordas of this or that etc. Sounded India indian. 3 ways to get money. My bank account!!, My credit card!!, or cash in hand. I asked for cash in hand. !!1 Go to Western Union !! office. Who would have guessed!1 I hung up. next they would ask me to pay a fee to them for setting this up!! Thsn i wouldn't get anything. !!
