I used to keep getting calls from this number. So annoying!
If I would make a little suggestion, you may wish to save this annoying caller, and any other ones you come across, under the contact name "Do Not Answer" in your address book. Set the contact-specific ringtone to a completely silent one if there's an option for that. If the number comes up again, you won't hear it ringing. If you happen to have your phone out when it calls, your phone will display "Do Not Answer" and remind you. :)

Thank you, JR.
That was a powerful and well-reasoned statement to the 'causality' of a lot of our collective problems with these no number (company) callers.
I will be MORE mindful who I give my cell number too....and WHY??!!

Hi everyone. Got this telemarketer call months ago.
Is it possible these people are collecting cell numbers from people based on what mobile OS you're using (i.e. Android, iOS, BlackBerry OS).

This is a F*cking useless parasitic company staffed by @holes for their own nefarious purposes.
Fight Back! The easiest way to do so is to buy the latest Panasonic phone that has "Call Blocking" feature built right into the phone. The next time these @holes call you, simply add them to the "Bolcked Callers" list and you won't be bothered by that number again.
If you have an Andriod cell phone, simply add the number to the "Blocked Callers" list and never listen to these @holes again.
Got an i-Phone? Simply add their number to the "Blocked Callers" list as well and you are done with them.
F*CK Them and any company who operates with harassing phone calls.
These F*ckers hate it when you use technology to fight back. So go ahead and kick them all in the friggin' balls!

I have done work w. ith Canadian pollsters - as I stated LEGIT companies respect the Do Not Call Registry Canadian Direct Marketers do not want to waste time and money calling numbers and creating angry customers. And the Canadian Registry DOES fine heavily - under the provisions of the Telecommuniations Act for abuse of phone lines for violators - don't you ever read the 'Terms & Conditions'? All the cell companies got nailed!
One country cannot force its legislation on another - US laws on privacy are extremely lax; they're all out for a buck; but Canada cannot impose its laws on another country. What they ARE doing is cooperating to locate and shut down scammers - law agency to law agency. Canada and the US are pressuring off-shore governments to cooperate.. Reporting helps - dissing the system does nothing. You want to help - do as suggested; write your federal elected official. Don't accept the 'pat' scripted answers - tell them you'll be asking each candidate in the next election.
Every real company, regardless of call centre, must provide a company name. This is how you tell the scammers - no name is ever mentioned. Some like IND Survey Group are fronts, that got exposed via user postings. I started including the weblinks with all the complaints in my messages to PhoneBusters and my M.P. to demonstrate the amount of anger. The problem is, fraudsters don't care; real businesses do.
Would YOU be in business of you had to post such a bond, just to 'start up'? No - you're not in business. Please check your facts.

This company is owned by Geoffrey Swindle (yep) and his lovely wife Adria, who make their home at 1632 E. Millcreek Road, Salt Lake City. I'm sure they would love to hear from you at home, 801-581-0613.
Also, there is one listed director: Armistead Burwell of 1507 E. Tomahawk Drive. Call him or Kendall at (801) 581-0943 and wish them well.

If you've ever been to one of those home shows or outdoor living shows and they have those contests you can enter for free when you walk in that's "win a trip to Disney/Vegas/where ever" - that whole contest is a scam. There's no prizes what so ever. It's these people at this number. Believe it or not, it is legitimate - I actually amused the girl who called me and listened to her script. You pay for your own plane ticket to Miami and home and then you get to go on the cruise "for free" as long as you go and listen to their one day scam. I vaguely remember though that once I started questioning the "free" part it was only for a day or two, but you could extend it for a few days for an extra $100. After telling them that I wanted nothing to do with it and to take my name off their list, she was nice and said she would. The calls stopped for about six months and have now started up in full force again. If you're ever given out your cell number to any business or marketing campaign (contest, survey, etc.) that company has sold your info to the company calling. Anyways, point being, don't pick it up. I took one for the team, did the leg work and it's a load of bs just like all the other random numbers calling us that we don't know.
