Got a call from this number 3 times today but no message.

This number has called me 5 times today and I have no idea who they are.  They will not leave a message and I will not call them back.  Does anyone know who this number belongs to?

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell, won't answer it and no message loeft.  Called the number from work answers CDA Group, any ideas who this is?  Wanted personal info but won't tell me who they are.

It's a debt collection agency, they've called me several times in the past couple weeks from different phone numbers. The other number they use is 757-990-8913.

I started tracing a threesome of crank callers named William W Siegel and Assoc, CBE Group, and Mitchell N Kay, with legal counsel Wes Welch, Park River ND 58270, 1-701-284-7833, 701-284-6876.
They claim that Elliot and/or Ella Jordan owe money to someone. Over several months the phone calls are repeated, and I am not Elliot or Ella, and they will not identify where they got  my phone number.
An illegal tapper? impersonator?, etc

Who is using this number?

Well, add me to the list. Just got my first call 5min ago and as most have stated, they wouldnt tell me what type of company they are, yet wanted my personal information. I have no debt that would be in collection. So they are full of something. Beware!!!

Don't know who this and won't stop calling...

I have gotton calls from these two numbers 757-990-8913 and 202-870-5976. Recently (today) i got one from 781-884-0695. As far as I know I don't owe any kind of debt. All my bills are all paid up to date. I just ignore the calls i don't know and if they leave a message i will respond. They keep calling my cell phone. I have had this number for about 4 years. It happens to be a Tracfone and i just transfered the number to a different phone. Still with Tracfone.

The above numbers are being utilized by the CBE Group, a Collection Agency based in Des Moines, IA. I am reporting CBE to the Iowa Attorney General's Office. CBE is located in Des Moines, IA but are using numbers from DC and VA exchanges to make repeated phone calls to harrass people into obtaining  information about the debts of third parties, after they have been repeatedly advised no debt owed. They have violated every rule in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I strongly urge you to file a report with the Iowa AG's Office if you receive any phone calls from these numbers.

I will check back here to see if multiple people are being harassed by this company and consider bringing a class action lawsuit against them, in addition to filing complaints with the AG's Office and other State Agencies.

got the call at 8:50 am ..was not awake so did not realy cath who they were asking for just kinda hung up and fell back to sleep ..will soooo start playing some serious games with these people if they call me back again .I was a customer service manager in escalations for 10 years  ..I will run these people thru some absolute NIGHTMARE calls if they call me back. we are talking people posibly crying and posibly quiting their jobs ..got the WRONG number this time for sure..this came to my new personal cell phone ,,and just so you know Im in Iowa where we have a CBE collections right here in this town ..and with IP calls they could be coming from Iowa ..will update if needed

block all the numbers on your phone, if u have an updated phone... i blocked all their numbers, and my phone hangs up on them...HAAAAAAAAAAA! eat crap!

They make millions collecting debts for the IRS and student loan companies.
I've been receiving calls from This number as well as 757-990-8913. They are both from "The CBA Group" who is some type of debt collection agency. The 202 number is a D.C number and the 757 number is associated with Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads areas. I've called both of them back and I get a recording to hold on the line to "speak with a representative".

Called me 3 times today and a few other times earlier this week. Never leave a message. Very annoying!

Just started getting calls from them today.....3 or 4 by my count.  No message was left at any time.  My thinking is, if it's important enough to call me about, it's important enough to leave a message if I don't answer.  Otherwise, leave me the hell alone.

I have been receiving several calls a day from this number.  They start at 8:00 in the morning and last until 9:00 at night.  I answered the phone to see who it was the first time and they started asking a lot of personal questions which I refused to answer because she wouldn't identify herself.  This is a cell phone.

I don't answer calls from area codes I don't recognize, whoever it is calls at all hours of the day.

Keep getting calls from this number. I never answer. Decided to just now. They asked for my husband. When I said he was unavailable they said alright. When I asked if they wanted to leave a message they said no and hung up. Jerks. They called on my cell.

Harrassing phone calls.  We screen all calls.  If they don't leave a message, we know it's not important.

they call me at all hours and never leave a message and when I called it back I asked if they were a collection agency and the guy said "O we handle personal business matters for people" I said so are you a collection agency and he said " I cannot answer that question" so I hung up

It turns out they were calling for some spanish lady.  I answered the phone and they said that it was probably an old number or a mistake.  The calls ceased after I spoke to them.
