muhahha 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
Every day. 7:30-7:45 p.m. Thermospas calls.
Total days: 64
Total messages: 0
Total spas bought: 0
Number of thermospas I will pee in: 64? If i could ever find one.
Aaron 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
Called twice in one day, didn't answer the first. Answered the second but no response from their end.
Ryan H (ThermoSpas) 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
If you are getting called and did not request information then:
1) You forgot you requested information.
2) Someone provided us with the wrong number and that wrong number happens to be a correct number that belongs to you.
3) Someone else deliberately used your number.
The telemarketers have an automatic dialer and called hundreds of numbers per day. If they were to leave a message, they would never obtain as many contains and therefore not be able to generate the company as much profit. You may want to receive a message, but less than 10% of people will actually respond to the message. You do the math.
To the person claiming they have received a text message: that is impossible. ThermoSpas used a form of landline; so, just as a normal phone cannot send a text message, neither can ThermoSpas. You are posting false information.
If you already have a spa, is it a ThermoSpas? If so
1) you may have been in the system twice and the second file with your information is just now being called.
2) you may have accidentally been added to the wrong part of the system if you ever ordered parts or chemicals or set up a service appointment.
If you don't have a ThermoSpa, then how in the world would we know that you have a spa already? You did not mention that you told us you had a spa and you did indirectly mention that you have not answered any calls from us yet.
By early March, ThermoSpas will have a new system in place and the issues listed here should cease to exist. Currently, there is an issue with the software in regards to marking off numbers as "do not call" (or similar status'). If you want to be taken off the list, a manager/supervisor can go into their system and completely remove your number to ensure you immediately stop receiving calls.

Somebody needs to point a manager to this thread, I for one dont even want a spa from them anymore because of this call harassment.
Paul 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
these people still call after told them was not interested
Ashley 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
they call me at least one time every days and its getting really annoying! they need to stop
Dell 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
They constantly call, hang up and now just left a wierd text message. I definately don't want their spa now! Good thing I hadn't ordered yet.
203-265-6133 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
They keep calling me as well. Next time I will make sure to answer it and tell them to stop being rude by not leaving a message. Instead they call me 5 - 6 times a day. I already have a SPA. So I don't know what they are suddenly calling me for.
Bob L 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
I get at least 5 calls to my cell phone from them every day. They never leave a message. I wish they would STOP! Their calls are costing me money. I have signed up on the Do Not Call List and I have not had any contact with them. They should not be calling me.
Texas 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown

Received a call answered and no one spoke. Call from CT, I have no clue as to where this call came from
Mark 2011-06-06 20:41:53 Unknown
Call my cell phone today. would not leave a message. No name shows up on my caller ID
Irritating 2009-09-30 02:17:45 Unknown
I called (800) 876-0158 (which was recommended from http://www.thermospas.com/privacy.php) and, quite amazingly, the Customer Care option was closed for the night.... Which was strange as I just received a call from them. I called the 800 number back and hit option #1 (which is to purchase one) and spoke with Mark. Mark pulled up my number and asked if I was Wayne somebody. I told him not even close. Mark stated he would remove me from the system. If I get another call, I will be sure to hit option #1 every hour on the hour. Sometimes it pays to be a night owl....

After months of calls and asking to be removed from their list I am still getting called. I have complained to managers and supervisors and they all tell me they I will be removed. I have reported THERMOSPAS to the FCC and will keep doing that. I urge everyone reading this with similar stories to contact the FCC.

Then have fun on losing out on a top quality product merely because you got a few phone calls.
Courtney 2009-03-20 12:21:19 Telemarketer
Calls late at night 2 x daily; no message left.
Jack 2009-03-19 13:40:32 Telemarketer
5 times a day, starting at 9am until 9:30pm at night. All I wanted was a quote for a hot tub on their website. They trick you into filling out all the info as if you will get a price emailed to you or online, then they say they will call you to discuss! NON-STOP calls for over a week. There is no way in heck that I will even consider buying their product now.

Got an unwanted recorded message on my CELL phone from Thermo Spas
Ryan 2009-01-16 21:44:37 Unknown
A separate company called West Communications handles requests for info after viewing the TV commercial. Thermospas itself does not make calls on Sundays.
jerseygal 2008-12-16 20:26:16 Telemarketer
I called their 800 number late on Sunday evening to get information on the product that I saw on TV. They have already called me twice on Monday and twice on Tuesday. THE IRONIC PART ABOUT THIS IS THAT WHEN I CALLED THEM, I USED *67 BEFORE THEIR NUMBER TO BLOCK MY NUMBER....It didn't work!! The operator said I see you are calling from blahblahblah...how's is THAT possible? They hang up, never leave a message; it's a toll call for me until after 9PM whether I answer it or call them back and tell them to cease. Damn, I haven't even received any infor yet and they're bugging the hell out of me!
Ryan 2008-12-03 16:45:42 Unknown
The company is doing well. The calls are the results of an automatic dialer system. Just answer it and tell them to remove your number.

Keeps calling after I told them I was not interested
sean 2008-11-21 14:27:03 Unknown
I'm getting this number on my cell a ton too. No messgae and no converstion. They just like calling around apparently. Strange the spa business must be doing great.

Relentless! I wish I could "block" the calls from my cell!

This company is very intrusive and calls incessently, and often wake me. Before I have a chance to get to the phone however, the call is terminated - so now I'm not only awake, but I haven't been able to tell the person/machine calling to cease and desist. The calls are always terminated before they have a chance to reach my answering machine.
