This number has called me at least 10 times in the past 2 months. Call your provider, I HOPE you have Verizon Wireless, and have them BLOCK THIS NUMBER. That is all you can do. I believe from researching this here and on other sites that they are an out-of-country scam. I will tell you what they said to me the first time I answered, and I was patient enough to hear them out (I have been applying for several different jobs and thought it might be a company responding, it was just so hard to hear her.)

ME: Yes, this is she. May I ask who is calling?
LADY: of Asian or even Mexican descent: I am just calling ma'am to tell you that you have been selected to ... blah blah blah blah, we need your address so we can send you your gift card. Please tell me where you prefer to shop, Wal-Mart, or Walgreens, or another pharmacy perhaps? We will send you a gift card made out from them for being such a great customer.
ME: Excuse me, I am not interested. You did not acquire my phone number honestly, this is a private and unlisted cell phone number and I did not give it out. Please remove me from your call list.
LADY: Please let me FINISH, MA'AM.......we are not trying to sell you anything, only reward you for being a good customer and ask you some questions.
ME: I do not need to give you my address or any other personal information. If you were a legitimate company calling for one of the corporations you just listed, you would already have my information in your records, and you would not be abusing my trust by contacting me thusly. I can tell this is a scam. TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALL LIST PLEASE, I AM ASKING YOU POLITELY.
LADY: If you would just let me FINISH, you would see we are not trying to sell you anything.

Eventually, after a few more minutes of such conversation, I hung up. She called back repeatedly. THIS IS A SCAM. I HAVE RESEARCHED IT. ANYONE LEGITIMATELY GIVING YOU SOMETHING WOULD CALL DIRECTLY FROM THE CORPORATION AND NOT FROM A SHADY UNHEARD OF COMPANY.

Do not give these callers the time of day. They will not be polite to you, nor will they take you off your call list, no matter how much you please. I hope your cell phone provider offers call blocking. If it does not, switch to Verizon, because they do, and your minutes won't be wasted!

PS Did you know - - - Even if you do not answer your phone, the time wasted while your phone rings costs you minutes? It's true. I've called the phone companies, they charge for "ring time". So the best thing you can do to save minutes and money, is to block them.

I got a call on my cell from a lady i could not understand very well asking me for my wife yesterday. I thought it was weird cause anyone who knows me and my wife would call her cell. I said she was not in, the lady said thats fine but tell her thank you and she will be getting a gift card for Walmart for ten dollars. Then she told me my address. I said nothing and she hung up.

Today a charge for $69.00 dollars on my account.It says (SAFE MARKETING SERVICE CARDIFF GB) after the charge. After reading this I know the phone call and the charge are linked. I am trying to stop my bank from clearing it out of my account since its still pending.
So far i am not having any luck cause its after hours. I am going to report it as fraud and fill out the proper forms to help try and put a stop to it though.

Received call- they wanted me to verify my address they said they were doing something for wal-mart. They were going to give me a free vacation and some cash a few weeks later I noticed a $50 charge on my debit card. So I called the bank and they refunded the $ and I changed my bank account info, then around then I got a letter from METIME(somekinda memembership thing) they wanted me to call a 800# with my CC# to get my vacation. Well thats when I figured out what that $50 charge was from so I just threw away that paper- now that # calls me every week I dont answer and they leave no message. I googled it today and thats when I found this website. Isnt there anything someone can do about this its crazy!

Phone rang and I don't know the number. I never answered it. I check online and found it. Ok everyone from now on, don't answer the phone if you do not know it. Save your trouble and move on. Hope this help.

I TOLD HIM I WILL NOT SHARE MY INFORMATION AND HE SAYS "WELL I'M CALLING FROM YOUR MASTERCARD COMPANY..(HE WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT COMPANY MY MASTERCARD WAS WITH) I KNOW YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS ********* AND YOUR LAST 4 NUMBERS ON YOUR CARD ARE *****" AND THATS WHEN IT MADE SENSE.. THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS ONLINE PURCHASES.. BUT THEY CAN ONLY SEE THE LAST 4 NUMBERS OF YOUR CARD AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS... DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO SHARING THE REST OF YOUR INFO.

i got scammed from some foreign guy asking me to confirm my address i didnt and i have gotten charges on my cc

I got scammed out of $50 a month ago. And now they are calling again. Don't answer it!

A foreign man called our house yesterday and my 14 year old daughter verified our address and told them my birthday.  Today a man called and tried to verify my address and repeated the birthdate my daughter had told him.  He claimed to be from "Metime" and was going to send me a package.  I told him that I would not accept a package and he hung up.  Parents, warn your children to not give personal information to strangers over the phone EVER.  I'll keep an eye on our bank statements--I bet I'm screwed since my daughter gave him the information he needed. We are also on the no call list.

203-413-0474 Called me on my cell twice Firday 8/14/09 luckily I was not able to answer.
I havent heard anything since adn after reading these posts I checked my bank all is currently good.

Watch your bank statement!  I have never talked to these people and yet I got a charge on my bank account without giving them ANY information!  I just talked to their customer service (who is suspiciously only open from 3pm - 8pm PST).  She wanted me to again give her my name and zip code and phone number or they wouldn't access my account - even though they had charged me without me giving them that much!  At customer service 866-939-6914 they work for many companies and "Meagan" said she could not tell me the name of her company because she was not authorized to do so but that metimecard.com was one of their subsidiaries!  She said she was not authorized to let me talk to anyone else and that she loved her company and her job.  Whatever that means - still illegal - but they will get away with it if they aren't operating in the U.S.

The woman that called from this number claimed to be from "Me Time"?? (she spoke horrible english).  She told me that I was getting a free credit card that I was already approved for, and it came with a 4 day/night vacation.  I had to interupt her because she did not stop talking and then had to tell her over and over again that I was NOT INTERESTED and she kept saying she just needed to explain it to me.  Persistant and rude!

DO NOT PICK UP THIS CALL!!! I got a 55 dollar charge on my credit card without even giving them any of my card's information. All I did was verify my address and age!

someone trying to get me to confirm my address to give me some package with a gift card or something -they jammed my phone line with calls and noise for one hour.   This was very upsetting annoying and a little disconcerting. This has been going on for several weeks! Someone please do something about this -

I have been called by this number at least 15 times.  I have told them that they are a fraud and to quit calling but they continue to call over and over again.  They use the last 4 digits of your credit card and try to get you to say or use your whole credit card number.  When you call the number back it says "all our customer services representatives are currently busy please hold on" over and over again.  They are a big scam!

this number!2034130474 called me last june 30 2009 rewarding me with $ 10 dollor cash from being walmart card holder and it got $55 dollors on my accoutn! SCAM!!

Yes these people are annoying!!! They dont give up. They continue to call after you hang up on them. They are selling some type of visa card and pretend to represent Walmart, Walgreens.

this number called me today june 26th at ten this morning. they told me they were allied customer service and knew my name talked really fast, i tried to get him to slow down and get him to tell me what he wanted, he tolde me "it was his time to talk now i can not ask questions". he tried to get money from me and told me he was collecting for allied. they know your name and address without you even giving it to them. they are some type of scam company.

Wish they would stop calling!!

Keep getting calls from this number 4 or 5 times a any. No one answers. I put my cell phone number on the "Do Not Call" Registry, but am still getting calls after 31 days. Very annoying. I not longer pick up the phone when it rings if this number shows up.

I have received 5 calls today each time i answer it is the same man who says his name is joe perez but he sounds middle eastern. I answered the first time and he said he just needed to verify my info which i was shocked that he had. He said i have used my debit card with either walmart or cvs and that i was receiving a free gift i said i didnt want anything and he said its free and to please just verify the information he had is correct so i hung up. He called again several time but i didnt not answer finally i just answered and yelled to stop calling nothing else yet.

got this annoying call on my business cellphone- though I did not know who it was, I was compelled to answer.
The customer service agent talked about a reward to be sent and was asking me to confirm my address. I said I don't want any of those reward or any package and told him to delete my name and address from their database.
The company must have insisted the agents to call again to get a confirmation so I got about 5 calls that I did not bother answering- on the 6th call, I answered and again told them not to call me.
Though the number is from Connecticut, I am sure that caller is from overseas- via a VOIP line that uses US area codes.
I pity the agents for being yelled at but it was just so annoying.
I don't know how they got my cellphone number that was supposed to be unlisted.
