This number has called my cell phone many times.  It does not ring for long, does not leave a message.  I'm suspecting a telemarketer, random number dialer.  Don't answer it when you see this number.

This number won't stop calling me.  I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO TRACK THESE PEOPLE.

This caller calls everyday and NEVER says anything. After I answer they old for a few seconds and then hang up. Please DO NOT call again.

I put my number on the do not call list when telemarketers were able to call cell phones a few months ago. I don't answer private calls or numbers with a weird area code.. I've been getting many calls..usually one or two a day and I've seen this one or ones like it more than once...Who the hell is calling me?!

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Over the last several weeks after ordering on line "Prayer Cross", I have been getting calls from this number at least twice a day.  There is no one there when I answer...just a dial tone as if someone hung up. When I attempted to call back (with the intent of advising them not to call my number again for any reason), I get a recording "the number has not been assigned yet".  I worked for the telephone company so I can not for the life of me figure out how they can call out on the number, yet the report from telephone company is: "number not assigned for incoming calls".  I do not know them, nor am I interested in anything they might want to "sell" me.

This Scam artists have called my house # everyday for over a week and almost every hour. I finally decided to answer my phone to see who it was and what they wanted. Of course I didn't get very far with asking to please take my # off their list before the guy on the other line "Tony" slammed me with some Debt Consolidation lines. Normally I would have said "No thank you" and be done with it. But, for some reason I decided that if they are willing to waist my time...the longer I keep them on the phone to get the full story (I was looking for red flags) the less time they have to call other people. So, I listened to what he had to say, once I sounded remotely interested Tony transferred me to "Terry Shorter" a financial adviser. Let me warn you he is not a real financial adviser but according to him "he's been doing this a very long time" in other words, "He has been scamming people for a long time". Yes,he sounded like a pro but he failed to really give me a break down of how his company could really save me money. They want you to stop making payments on your credit cards or any mortgage payments etc. "NO WAY" and let them handle the payments for you. All you have to do is provide them with a checking account or saving # (RED FLAG 1. They want to make sure that you do have an account to deposit the money in to. They call this a "Safe Account" to where they take over your payments and basically send nothing to your credit cards or mortgage company. They will most likely drain your account if you have any money in it and leave you high and dry. P****off all the credit cards company's and your mortgage company and you could put yourself in a really, really bad position.  

Terry Shorter even went as far providing me with an Agriculture Lic# TC3278 and his lic# TP4427 which he later told me was the Agriculture Lic#.for the State of Florida (RED FLAG 2). Told me they are with BBB and gave me an Access #7278280810. Also that they are with consumer Affairs???? Ok, I have just enough information to check them out and left him begging for more.

I then decided to check the number in my caller ID and found this site. This is how I landed on this page and I thank all of you for writing about this issue that needs to be addressed.

You can be annoyed by their calls and not answer your phone.
You can blog on sites like this and report it to help others like me know that is a scam.

You can fight back by reporting them to your local news channels and report their numbers> 1-203-702-4616 & 1-877-870-4737 and your local police department. Although the police may not do anything if you did not fall for the scam, it may still bring it to their attention so they can warn the FBI or the public.

If you have fallen victim to this 4Sight Financial Services for "Debt Consolidation" report it to your local police department and you can also call the FBI and report it. The FBI also has a website for consumers to report scams via email or Internet use here: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx  and be sure to read up on all the tips they post in their site. Same goes for any other scam. DO NOT give out any personal or banking/credit cards information over the phone or emails.

Another site to report scams: www.rippoffreport.com (make sure your report is legit) and do not abuse any of the above FBI or RippOffReport.com sites. A simple disagreement with any company that can usually be resolved should not be reported. We are talking Scams here and on the above sites mentioned if you do not have a scam to report, you can warn public but choose your wording carefully. Deformation of character towards any reputable company can back fire on anyone not being fair and reasonable. Especially without doing your research first.

Fight back

This number has called our home numerous times over the past few weeks.  Usually, when we answer we then hear a dialtone as if the caller has hung up.  I have also answered and then been put into a holding queue and never got through to anyone and eventually hung up.  Today however I answered and there was a man on the line who was asking to speak to my mother, asking for her by name.  She is 76 and  disabled and lives with my wife and I.  She has no debt, though I know she is on mailing lists from ordering via mail and online.

When this man asked for her by name regarding 'debt' I asked him to name a company he represents or who she has a debt with.  I understood that he cannot speak to me without her permission but I didn't think he was legit either.  I told him that if he could not tell me the name of the company he was representing he wouldn't get very far.  He said "I'm not getting very far with you boy.  Get off the phone boy."  He laughed and hung up.  
The caller appeared to me to be a black man and sounded fairly young (20s-30s).

I called the operator who could only confirm the telephone number is a Danbury, Connecticut number.  I called repeatedly and I get the same message, quote: "the line this customer you called is not available at this time, please call again later.  Announcement 1 switch 69-2"   It almost seems like the message is spliced together.

I believe that this is scheme to convince seniors to secure their services to pay debt and I strongly believe it is a S C A M.  

PS:  The reason I have taken so much detail is that I had neck/spine surgery recently and am sitting here with time on my hands.  :-)

Been getting a call from this number for a week now - daily - never ever talked to any one when i answer phone -- they calling my cell phone -- new phone - only used for emergencies -- when I called number back I get a recording that the number has not been assigned yet.  how can I get them to stop calling my cell and costing me money?????

Received a call from these people; didn't catch the name. They wanted to "restructure my unsecured debt." No idea how they got my name as I don't have a problem meeting my payments.
