This Shawn White called me today with a new phone number. So be careful it's 205-258-1808.

Received call message was left on my voicemail. Message stated  the last 4digts of my ss. Calling fm some type of investigation dept. US Legal Services Dept and that I would be aressted fm my mailing address for 90 days if I wanted more info to call. When I rtn call he identified hmself as a attorney. That a lawsuit had been filled against me.Financial debt & check fraud. They also may hv access to ur full social security #.   So feed up with this scam bs...

this foriegn guy called me from this number stating he was going to send the police to arrest me for for not paying him. i dont owe anybody anything. its a scam i know and i am forwarding the number and messages to the federal authorites. i believe the number is coming back to a clanton al area. when u try to call the number u get nothing. my friend also had this problem with the same voice but different number.

The same thing happen to me and these people stold money out of my accpunt to order a credit report on me.

Got a call from "Leo Fernandez" said my name & social are under investigation and I would be arrested and to call back if I wanted more info. I called back got voicemail. Then a "Shaun White" called back sounded like the 1st guy with a thick Indian accent. He repeated the same thing to me that "Leo" said. I said who is the original creditor and send me proof of the debt I owe. He gets mad and says "are you gonna keep asking me who the creditor is?" I said yes you called me! So I said where you calling from he says "U.S. Legal Services" and he wanted the name of MY lawyer.. I again said send me roof of any debt owed he says "what, I'm not gonna send you any proof I'm just gonna have the police come arrest you" and hung up on me...lol..I'm sure thankful for google!!

call from shawn white 2052581111 saying i owed money whould not tell who i owed the money to wanted me to send money on a green dot card  a fake serriff called i checked  i was going to get arrested  do not send any money.......

This same number called me but with the name " Sean White" and also threatened me with arrest if i did not pay the amount he wanted. $1,080!!! This was a loan i took out from CastlePayday and he said I had to pay him instead. He is a fraud. Im not sure how he got my information and I called CastlePayday company and they had no information of this man. He also had an Indian accent, and propbably hacked my information from online. I never gave him my information and neither did the company. Please be careful with this man. HE IS A SCAM. Dont give him your money.

I received a call from 205-258-1111 stating I was going to be arresting if I didn't pay the debt, Whatever and if I didn't I would be arrested and the cops were gonna come to my home..really...well I said we will have the coffee ready....What a HOAX...

This # called my daughter and left a message saying she was gonna be arrested I called the # and told hem to call back when they did I played along for awhile they got made I wouldn't give any info to them then when they told me that they were gonna explain he everything I for me not to interrupt I said I'm gonna have to stop u because I know this whole thing is b***s*** and I told them every bad word I know for about 2 minutes then I hung up. It was awesome.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER HOWEVER THE MAN NAMES IS "SHUN WHITE" SAYING THAT I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS. DID NOT KNOW WHO AND WHY THIS CALLED HAPPENED, BUT SAID THAT I NEED TO SPEAK TO ATT. SHUN WHITE BUT GAVE ME THE SAME NUMBER THAT WAS CALLED FROM TO CALL BACK TO SPEAK TO HIM. SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME.

Received the same call I knew this would happen.  I had applied for a payday loan online but after all the bs and run around I received from these so call fraud companies they are a scam.  If they don't get money out of you one way then they try to get out of you another way and that is with threatening calls.  Fraud my a** but that guy will be getting a ear full from me when he calls again.. do not get suck into there trap.

I received the call from a paul rodgers, stating he was from the states investigators department and I was being sued for fraud. Said that I was gonna have a warrant put out for my arrest at my home address, they also had the last 4 digits of my ssn.

Got a call today from this same number of 205-258-1111, the guy left a message on my voice mail stating his name was or is leo  fernandez. couldn't really understand him. I called back, no answer, called back again, and got a recording saying, "thanks for calling us back, leave your name and number and we will call you back. I didn't leave my name nor number. Sure enough they called right back, trying to tell me that I have a case against me and that I was going to be arrested. That I owe money and that the police are coming to my home to pick me up. I told him cool a vaction. Yea I am getting a vaction. Asked him what time the police will be arriving so I can be all dolled up and ready to go. I also requested pink fuzzy handcuffs. He didn't like that to much. He asked me if I understood what was going on? I said what, can you please repete yourself, I had him do that over and over till he got so frustrated with me. I then told him that yes I understand you but all I understand is BLAHHHH BLAHHHH coming from your mouth. Oh and by the way Mr.Whoever you are. I will be taking this call to the local police department since my Son is a police officer and my son in law works there too, so go screw your self with your scamming business and good luck cause I aint stupid! He hung up on me.....

just recieved the message from the indian guy threatning me with being arested and to contact 205-258-1111 no answer to mr. whites office good to know theyre a scam

I am receiving harassing calls from this number stating i need to pay a debt or will be arrested, very annoying and they claim to have my information... i don't know how this happens but it needs to end.

I put the # in reject setting, same story, but the did have my ss#, little worried about that.

I have received the call from 2052581111 and had similar issue. It said my wife needs to pay credit card which she has not paid. However she doesnt even have any credit card. I called the number and asked if I can see what are the details of the charges that she owe. It said I need to pay $300 to get the papers. Now it seems that I am not the only one. What should be our next step

I got a call this morning from one guy and told me to call shaun white and i did cause i was freak out about it and what not, and he was telling me that i owe 1800 on my loans and medicals bills and i was thinking to myself i am SSI i get my medical cover etc and they told me i was gonna get arrested in 90 days at my home and nobody can bail me out and i will loose my job and my benfits, he said in three days he gonna send me some stuff and he asked if i could pay for the thing i owe and so i said i only had 20 dollars on me and he said not enough so i told him to verify why he calling and what was the list of stuff i owe... and he said he cant verify it and i said well verify my SSI number. and he didnt. so he hung up and i looked up the number and sure enough it a scam so i called him back to get his company name so i can go to the FBI and file a complaint cause he scared the crap oit of me. and he starte screaming and saying dont call this number back etc... i was like yup scam

I received a call on both of my phones from 205-258-1111 and the guy left voicemails on both numbers saying he was calling from the attorney general and I was being sued and investigated and I was going to be arrested at my address and to call him back in order to find out details of the matter before I get arrested.

I just had this happen to me.  NOTE TO EVERYONE, CHANGE YOUR NUMBER IF THIS HAPPENS.

Leo called my work phone from Attorney's Office stating that he was collecting a debt.  I told him that no one would be clling me at my work for debt collection.  He said he would be transferring me to his senior Attorney and I would need to speak to him about how to pay the debt back.   I hung up twice saying this is not correct. They called back 6 times to my work phone.

I just received a call from a Paul Rogers from this number. Said he was from Lawyer office, all I did was ask for an address and he said why so you can come sux my d--k. He gave me an address from New Castle PA and I said I'll be there in 20 mins. he hung up.  SCAM.. Don't give money to them call their bluff.

I received a call from 205-258-1111 left a voice message. Sam is his name. He threatened to put me injail if I do not pay a debt about check fraud. I better pay or else. I stated to Sam do not call me. I am reporting this number to state attorney general's office.

Report the caller to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  The man who is calling is NOT an attorney, he is a scammer.  And attorneys do not get to "send police out" to peoples' homes.  

He is also in violation of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Credit Practices Act) for his threats and impersonating an attorney.  You may also want to put fraud alerts on your bank accounts and with the three credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) for your peace of mind.

If he calls again, let him know you are recording any and all calls (even if you're not) and that you've reported him to the authorities.  You're not being sued either; if you were, you would receive a summons to court via certified mail or via a court process server.  So try not to let him scare you.  He's all bark and no bite.

I received a call from a so called attorney at this number who said I had a criminal record; had been passing fraudulent checks for five years, and they were suing me for $25,000. I hung up on him and blocked his number. He called back and left message that he was sending police out to my address and that by the next morning I would be behind bars.  I am 69 yrs. old and it scared me to death.
