These people called me about a man I divorced years ago and they say they are looking for him about a debt he owes. I don't have any contact with him and they still call me. This company don't give their name and they still insist on calling me and I want it to stop. I don't owe any one any money, I pay my bills.  The company's number is  205-413-4953 That is a Birmingham Alabama number. I divorced the man in 1995. 19 years ago. I feel that I should have some kind of legal recourse.

Mine was from Advanced America, saying it was for a $$$ and would settle for less $$$ otherwise they would turn it over to the county or they would have it garnish my wages when I was working. What ???

Got a call 2 times 2day from 205-413-4952 & kinda the same as others on my message. Said they were calling on behalf of their Cliant "Un-Named" & have a Certified Affidavit w/my Name & SSN? But of course didn't use my Name or say how they got the Number? 2 times same Message!

I had a lawyer friend call them and when they said they were calling on my behalf they hung up on them  A few minutes later the number was disconnected.

they also said the same thing they would turn it over to the county as well

hi there i got a call about a payday loan said i owe 1200.00 and they will have a warrant out for my arrest so what you suppose to think about that.
