Hang up, Windows does not call c ustomers, it is a scam. Do not say anything just hang up fast.

Got this call for the third time. Can hardly understand the persons who have called  to tell me there is something wrong with my windows. That they get alert reports. Wants me to go to my computer and turn it on. Then to "Hold down windows key and press R ?...what's going on. Hackers .. .?

Called at 5 am! Had blocked this number because of a previous call but the phone still rings once before the disconnect--just enough to wake us up.
