Good antivirus software will run you about $30. a year. Microsoft supplies a decent one for free. Once installed these products update themselves. We all know these people are running a scam, but I wouldn't turn over control of my computer to anyone. Don't click on strange links, don't open strange email attachments. We all know what Homer Simpson would say, don't we? . . .  Doh!

They couldn't even tell me either what IP or MAC address the "bad data" from my system was comming from.

i m one of the victim but " Ebiz " helped me to save my comps as well as they made sure i got my money back in matter of few hours...im obliged to their services as being a victim i know who is genuine and who tried to scam me!!!!! seriously They are not from Microsoft But they helped me a lot . I was not able to open few documents
I call them n after they services the computer i find it easy to open those documents.

call Claim that it is from microsoft.....want to have access of my pc ..... microsoft never call to the customer........
