I didn't answer, but the message left was a pre-recorded sales pitch for something called 300 Everyday System that claimed you could make thousands of dollars of extra income just by visiting their website. I'm not going near their site since it sounds like a scam to me. I'm on the DNC registry, so I'll definitely be reporting them.
