Sends fax selling life insurance. No name of company or return fax number on this fax spam. Fax your inquiry to 713-588-8616. Says you can unsubscribe by sending fax to 206-376-0289. Tried faxing both numbers to unsubscribe, but cannot get through. I wonder who allows these scumbags to exist?

YOU NEED TO CALL THIS UNKNOWN COMPANY FAX REMOVAL NUMBER 206-376-0289, TO HAVE YOUR NUMBER REMOVED FROM A FAX SNT BY 254-523-0917, WHICH YOU DID NOT WANT TO GET IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHO EVER THIS COMPANY IS THEY MUST BE ASHAMED ABOUT THEMSELVES AS THEY DO NOT LIST THE NAME OF THIER COMPANY, NOT ONLY THIS THEY ARE BLINDLY SENDING OUT FAXES TO ALL FAX NUMBERS ASKING THE INDIVIDUAL WHO RECEIVES THE FAX TO APPLY FOR LIFE INSURANCE. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT THE DO NOT CALL LIST AS THEY ARE SENDING OUT FAXES AND THEY COULD CARE LESS.....THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAM SPAM AND THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH VIOLATING IT!

They call late at night and wakes up the baby. When I try to fax back unsubscribe from this fax the # they gave does not pick up.

I don't know who is sending this FAX.  Every time I try to unsubscribe the voice comes on saying it is no longer in service - who can I report this to and what else should I do to get rid of this annoying call at 11:30 at night when I am asleep

More unwanted crap from this #. All have been faxes for insurance. I've "unsubscribed" seven times this year and this junk keeps coming.

This time it was to Opt Out on A+ Rated Health Insurance and to fill out the form and fax to their computer at 864-396-5341. The call came in at 1:41 am. I went to the FCC and filled out a Fax Complaint Form.

Both the last 2 fax machines I own have a fax scam blocker and I've entered the numbers for the health, life and credit numbers I've recently received.n 206-337-6079, 2063760299. 260-350-3403.  I thought if I called an opted out they would stop, but I think it just lets them know to switch up numbers.  I'm with you all, I hate all the ink it uses.

They fax their solicitations at 5:00 AM which is definitely not appreciated or wanted.

This is the number listed on the junk fax to unsubscribe, although when you try to fax your removal request, it connects to the number, but does NOT accept on their end, and you will get a message on your fax machine that says "No Fax Detected".  Therefore, it is impossible for anyone to unsubscribe to this fax number.

I have asked repeatly replyed to this fax number to be removed from their fax list, but I still get the faxes.

Stop sending useless, dumb, faxes without a valid number, these are probes not really requests.

Yea I filed a complaint with the FCC last October 2010 and I'm still getting these crap faxes. Wish the dumb a**** at the FCC would stop watching porn and shut these low life companies down or fine them $$$$$ for each fax. But that would require a federal employee that gave a damn   :-(

What really sucks is my phone number is one diget off mine. I have been told that the number on the fax is hard to read. So I have been getting call after call from people trying to "opt out" on my phone! I get calls as early as 3am! Most of the calls are fax machines and they call over and over. I guess its time for a number change.

Fax message promoting health insurance. Who is stupid enough to provide any personal health information to a blind phone number. This garbage needs to be stopped. How legitimate is this? A new way to steal with a virtual pencil.

I stopped receiving the faxes after the second request to stop them.  BUT! Today I received yet another. I took their ad, and printed my own  frank little 'message' to fit in their ad area. Then I faxed it to the opt out # and the Sign up #

We do not want unsolicited faxes sent which we get twice per week.  I have "opted out" 5 times and it doesn't stop.  I want this stopped immediately!

I have faxed the # to opt out of faxes MULTIPLE times 1st to the (206) 376-0289 number then when they receive my fax to remove me from the list I then get the exact same advertisement from (206) 337-3303. I then of course fax that number to remove me from their list and they then just send faxes from the alternate number again. This has been going on where they just alternate the fax number since Jan 27th, 2011 and I am still getting faxes from them every other day... THIS IS ANNOYING... I will try the web site above to try and report them also. Thanks for the info

I'd like to echo what CJ said earlier about this number being a number harvester.  This number was likely obtained from the K7 service.  Calling this number and providing your number that you want removed will probably just get you bombarded with even more of these scam faxes.  Save the faxes and file FCC complaints.  The more complaints that the FCC receives the more likely they are to stop these scam outfits.

I am tired of receiving faxes with this as the removal request fax number.  The number does not answer no matter what time of day you fax to it.  Their middle of the night transmissions are also a nuisance I don't need!

They have been sending middle of the night faxes to a client of mine.  I tried to "opt out" at the fax # they gave but no faxes would go through.  So instead I faxed to the fax number for those wanting a cheap life insurance quote (516-584-0797) - and I attached to the fax (i) the opt out request & a note that the number given for that purpose didn't work; (i) a copy of their fax to my client; and, (iii) a copy of the 69 pages I printed off the internet concerning the legal ins and outs of idiots who inflict these unwanted faxes on people.  To make sure they got it, I sent this 71 page fax more than once.
