Who are these people? It's robocall that says "service verification". Thank heavens for caller ID.
Jane 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I just tried finding this number on line and it says: Oopps 206-395-7180 is not a valid number. Go figure

Got 2 phone calls today from this number which I don't recognize. They had the wrong name and kept asking me to confirm information which I didn't since it was not me who they ask for. Find out who this people are and please stop them for once and for all.
stop the calls 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
Call their phone provider here in the states. Call the provider every time you get a call.
Get pissed and make the call. It is the only way to stop these calls.
Call 360 Networks
Sales 1.877.360.7360
Call now!

Unless they use that to verify that they have a good working number...
Linda 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
If you want Verafast to stop calling you, call 440-331-6633 and there will be instructions on adding your phone number to their DNC (Do Not Call) list. If you don't do this, they will keep calling you.
MR.JONES 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I have stopped receiving calls from these jerks..Bout time....
THIS NUMBER IS BEING SPOOFED 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
Don't call the carrier or Verafast. This number is being spoofed by someone unaffiliated with them and they're both as pissed off about it as we are.
If you ask your local carrier to do a trap and trace on calls coming to you with this number appearance, they should be able to track down the actual originator of these calls. If they're willing to do the footwork.

I received a robocall this morning from this number. I can't even listen to the message because the robo-voice talked over our message that we are on the National Do Not Call list. Here's the MOST interesting part: when I called it back, TWICE, I got the message, "Sorry, your call did not go through. Please check the number and try again." I believe that our number was sold, and I'm blocking it immediately through our cable phone company.
Amy Fawzi 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
We get 100's of calls a day from this number. When asked to press #2 (not interested) they still continue to call!

SEATTLE NEWS :: It's a bilker trying to sell magazine subscriptions. Don't answer this one!
MR.JONES 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
JHM is most likely correct. These people are calling using a number that this provider owns so when they call us this number pops up as the caller and we look up or find out who owns the number it comes up as them. I found this to be the best way to TWART these fools. Call your dial tone provider and request they block the call from coming to you the 2063957180. So it wont matter how many time they attempt to call your number they wont make it through to your phone and you wont receive any call in the dead of night.
iamondonotcall list 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
Ah, I was getting these prior to this new number. I told them I have no debt and to take me off their list 4 times. They obviously have not done it yet.
Iamondonotcalllist 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
16 calls in two days? They leave a msg asking if I am someone else. Then hang up. You cannot call them back. This is very annoying. If you are on the do not call list how do you go about pressing charges on this calls?????
Rick 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
This number keeps calling me also. Called me at 1130 last night and again today. I'd like to reach through the phone and strangle someone.
Mrs. Smith 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I am going to find the location of this business and go there and ......... let's just say f*** them up!
JHM 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
If you get a call from these bozos again, just call their service provider (360 Network) at 206-239-4360 and press option #4 to speak to customer service.
Be nice, these people aren't the ones doing the calling - they are providing the telephone service for these baboons.
Let them know (nicely) what a bunch of F'N Jerks this particular client of theirs is, and that you would appreciate it if they would help you in stopping all of these harrassing and illegal telephone calls.
The *nice* lady I spoke with was very aware that these people were violating the DNC List and that they had received A LOT of complaints in just the last 2 days.
Be sure to give them the telephone number that called you!!
Also, if you are on the DNC List, be sure to file a complaint EACH and EVERY time that you get a call from these morons. It's the only way to insure that they will eventually get caught and fined.

THESE GUY CALL USING THIS NUMBER AND OTHERS ALL THE TIME. I wish they would find these people they are scammers.
Karen 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I have no idea who "verafast" is or why they are calling.
JHM 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
Not surprising since they are faking the caller ID info to make this number show up on your phone. They do this to hide from the FTC since they are violating the Do Not Call List tens of thousands of times each day when they make these retarded robo-calls trying to scam people out of thousands of dollars for non-existant "services" they claim they can provide.
These scammers are running an UPFRONT FEE scam using:
1- fake offer of Tax Debt relief (do you owe the IRS over $10K?)
2- fake offer of credit card debt reduction (do you have more than $10K of credit card debt?)
3- fake mortgage modification (would you like to reduce your principle and interest?)
4- fake debt negotiation services (do you have more than $10K in unsecured debt?)
and on and on and on.....
They are just looking to hook people on one of these scams to steal upwards of $4,000 bucks from you.
There is no "magic" negotiation that they can do for you that you can't do yourself for FREE! They WILL ruin your credit - they can get you SUED - they will NOT guarantee any results and they will NOT be responsible for anything that happens to you as a result of following their 'advice'.
Treat this just like you would a rattlesnake near your ankles - kill it or run like hell away from it. Nothing good will come from this.
Would you give your social security number and personal financial info to anyone who conducts themselves like this??? I'd hope NOT!!
This is a SCAM. No legitimate business would hide behind non-working numbers, fake and generic sounding names and charge huge fees for almost nothing in the way of services provided.
I hope these baboons in cubicles go broke soon so they will stop calling me.

Harassing phone calling which began 1/6/2011 and continues once or twice a day. Same caller ID "Verafast" or Ver A Fast and robo message stating this is a service verification and we will call again later. They are persistent - I have caller ID for a reason and will NEVER answer a call from this number or the other numbers they are using since there have been more than one. IF I ever uncover who provided my phone number to this outfit there will be complaints filed.
bugged 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I called the #. If u re-type your number and follow the prompts. They should have taken you off of their call list. We'll see if works.

I keep getting these calls from 206-395-7180, They don't leave a message. I don't answer. Never will. I might call the number back to tell them to knock it off. Thanks for the information. Why would someone in MN want a subscription to an LA newspaper. Is there some higher power reading this that can put a stop to these calls?
Annoyed 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I live in Minnesota and just transferred my US Cable account to a different location and it starts all over again. I should not have to pay them more each month for them to not distribute my information! BTW why on earth would anyone actually purchase items by telemarketers?
goph27 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
It's a call to verify service for a newspaper subscription. The same service is used for L.A., Seattle, Minneapolis, etc.
Rodnil 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
1/14/11 - this caller ID has been making DAILY calls beginning 1/6/11. They are sneaky in that they use SEVERAL different phone numbers and the caller ID is set up with the same letters with various spaces inbetween. The robo message states this is a service verification and they will call back. Seriously, do you think anyone who has been harassed on a daily basis by you would have anything positive to report. This is simple phone harassment. Identify what service you are calling to verify and stop hiding behind fake numbers and fake names. I will NEVER answer hence the reason why I have caller ID.
john 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
this number keeps calling! it's annoying to say the least!
Terri 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
I got a call today from someone trying to sell me the LA Times. Since when does someone in Seattle peddle an LA newspaper I don't want?
Minnesota 2011-06-06 20:42:06 Unknown
206-395-7180 has called me every morning since Jan, 2011, I have not and will not answer the call. Then it finally left me a voicemail by just saying "thank you"...
