They have called Us 35 times threatening us with fraud for a name we don't even know.

I received a call today on my voicemail at home and they left a message that they are from the Fraud Processing Summons Division and that they have a case number and that my name and ss # have been slated as having done fraud.  I called and left a message for them to call me back because there is no way that I have committed fraud with anything or anyone.  AND I have my credit report and nothing on it states fraud.  I am going to wait to see who calls me back and ask for documentation and if they start threatening me I will just hang up on them and move on. Lets wait and see.  I went through this a couple of years ago and the calls stopped because they could not get anything out of me. So...

It's a scammer - they always say stuff like "fraudulent charges will be filed against you in your county against your name and your social."  Let your workplace know you're being harassed by scammers.  Report the number (and company name and address if you have it) to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.

Report to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  Only scammers say "fraudulent charges have been made" against your name and SSN!

I am being harassed by a voice recording saying"  2 fraudulent charges will be filed against you in your county against your name and your social. If this was the case it would be sent from the Court.  I want to straighten this confusion up but when they say a restraining order is filed against you what can you do?

This woman on a recording kept blinking in and out from a recording and saying"that 2 fraudulent charges were being filed against my social and my name.  I am sick of it, please lets get together and do something about these people. They are not aloud to call and harass you at work.

I received a message at work stating that a legal summons would be done at my place of work or home & that fraudulent charges have been made against my name & SS.  How do I report this  & to who??

That no.called me and in its recording said I had 2 charges of fraud against me and was going to send to my county and etc...I'm tired of getting these stupid calls....This is BS....

Scam!! Received a call at wirk stating i owed a payday loan from loan.com... This is BS!! After telling her that it was a scan she raised her voice yelling stating she was gonna send the paper work to the county. I told okay you just do that! And get a real job b**** . She told me to enjoy my time in jail. Oh sorry a** people these days!

Received a call as well on Tuesday, tired of receiving all these fictious calls from numbers across the states...they won't leave message, but happened to listen to one pre-recorded message about committing fraud, warrant for arrest, etc....did'n't leave name of company, said they were through Miami...of course each number looked up thus far many complaints from the same numbers

Recording stating legal action taken against someone, but not me... My guess is someone used my business number on something. The name kind of sounds like an old tenant at this address, not too clear though. The location used to be a rental property before I moved my business in here. Kinda wierd...
