Their calls cause my phone to "half-ring" then a full ring. Then they hang up to call right back causing the same thing. Sounds like a robo caller testing the lines.

Seattle WA is what the caller ID says but I highly doubt it. It is being spoofed. I never pick up these calls but they always disturb me. Too bad our Do Not Call list is such a big joke. Even when they have an enforcement action, the penalties are small for these scammers.
