Seem to be selling a product to insurance agents, the caller rambled on for an eternity before I cut in to inform her that I was not an insurance agent and her company had nothing to sell me. They keep calling back anyway. Bizarre.

I do believe that they are looking for insurance agents. I used to be one myself but my license expired in 2009.

I received 2 calls this morning, they left no messages either time. I have also registered my mobile number with the do not call registry and yet I still get at least one solication call per day. How incredibly annoying!

When these numbers call for people that are insurance agents, why would they call someone who has never been an insurance agent? I've never been one, never even work for an insurance company in any capacity. I've only had my mobile number for about two years. I hate these phone calls. I'm sick of getting the random calls. I signed up on the do-not-call registry and it seems like it doesn't do any good. It's almost as if signing up at do-not-call GIVES out your number as opposed to making sure you don't keep getting annoying and harrassing phone calls from random companies that you never asked to call you. Or how about when you tell a company repeatedly to stop calling you and they refuse to, even though it's the law if you tell them to stop?? I've filed plenty of complaints but it's not like you get any reimbursement for dealing with these jerks.

Solicitation call and I do not answer these calls. But I do report the harassment to authorities. Reminded me of how the volume increases for a commercial. On a do not call list but these disrespectful idiots call anyway. Why would I even consider doing business with them?
