I got a call today from this phone # telling me I  was to receive a medical card. After verified my address, which he aready knew, he continued the conversation by telling me he needed to complete a survey in order for me to qualify. The first question he asked was what the name of my bank was.   When I asked what he needed that for, he persisted that was part of the survey. I informed him that I  was not giving him the name of my bank and When I asked what was the next question, he hook up. If I had given him my bank name, I suspect the next question would probably be either wanting my account # or SSN or both.  The Washington name on the caller ID was probably to make me think the call was from Washington D.C.

Called me saying my pc had a virus.  Jerked him around for a while (im a programmer).  He tells you to bring up your application logs and tells you that if you have warnings or errors then there is something wrong with your computer.  This is total b***s*** btw just ignore them.

There are traveling sales man and Joice zimmeron is coming to my home on this Friday at Wenatchee, WA. at 6pm and she lives in the WA state but not the same city and that I was entered in this drawing I didn't enter. Very suspicious but my companion friend will be their with me and he's strong so this bi*** aint got nothing on me if she comes for anything else but the bed, I did want a new bed. I also canceled the two o' clock appointment I made with this phone number but the company from easy rest called to change it to 6pm fri. aug. 15 with this new phone number 1-800-687-8200  from Baltimore named Conny. She had a hoarse nasty voice like a smoker and the first man that called from the first number above was a black man and when I called the number said phone disconnected not in service. I?m not stupid but I feel this could be a scam but I need a new bed and this might not be a scam. I?m a poor girl that needs help. Their coming to my Conifers Mobil home. Hopefully everything will turn out right but if it doesn?t at least I posted this on the internet. If everything turns out right I will leave a reply stating so. Thanks for having this web-site.

i keep getting calls from this number and they want the address to serve a summons - not on me but on one of my tenants - they are harrassing, rude, and give out information which is none of my business.

This call comes nearly every day.  I am sick of it.  There is no message, just someone saying, "hello, hello" and that is it.  It says on my phone caller ID, from Seattle.

I have received several calls from this this number they keep telling me my software licences is expired and I have to renew it. This is crazy they even called my mother and she doesn't even have a computer. They keep saying they are from microsoft but they have a very strong accent.Every time I hung the phone up they would call back they refuse to stop calling I had to get rude. I didn't here the name of the company. But it needs to stop.

I have been receiving about 4 - 5 calls for the past 3 days from this number and another.  They do not leave message and if you try to pick it up to find out who is calling, it hangs up.  I tried calling the number back but says number is disconnected. Whaaat? Very frustrating. I would love to report them, but don't know how. Any suggestions out there?

I was using Apple's Facetime. After I hung up, there was a 7 second audi clip of our conversation on my voice mail from this number.  There must have been a glitch in the software but, based on the comments here, I am convinced the number is part of an internet calling service such as Skype or GoogleVoice.

I got this call, the India accented guy asked for me by first name, and said he was calling about my computer. I didn't catch the company name. I said why are you calling, I didn't ask for anyone to call. He said, hello, are you listening? I replied no, and hung up.
Very weird. When redialing the number, I got a "disconnected" message.

I again have received his call on my cell (Unknown Caller) and at work (206-708-2804). The message says his name is Charles Smith (Indian Accent) and he is from "BSF Investigation Department from the State of Massachussetts" and his call back number is 508-683-0015.

I recieved the same hangup for 3 nights now. I called back immediately and phone number is no longer in service... pretty weard.

Called my cell-Blocked Id. Called my office-206-708-2804. Left no message. When I called back, got the message-"You have reached a number that has been disconnected or no longer in service". Obviously an illegal scammer at work that knows how to hijack old phone numbers. Probably those guys from India with american names again.

This number came up as Washington on caller ID....It was my sister calling.  Must be a fluke in the routing.  So there is no way to determine who is really calling you.

I have received several calls from these people. They refuse to identify themselves and keep telling me they are updating their records for our DART projects. I'ts always a scam if they will not tell you who they are with. I asked him to take the # off of their records and he said ok have a great day I'll call you back tomorrow.....
