THESE IDIOTS CALL ME EVERY DAY ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THEY LEAVE A COMPUTERIZED MESSAGE AND WHEN I ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DISCONNECT THE PHONE CALL. I AM BEING HARRASSED BY THE UNKNOWN . THIS NEEDS TO STOP. IT'S INTERRUPTING MY JOB AND DAILY LIVING.

I have received nearly 10 of these calls, but only recently realized they fall under a 2009 Federal Trade Commission regulation banning most robo calls.  Please report EVERY violation at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx , provided you are a US resident and the call is to your personal phone.  You don't need to be on the federal Do Not Call list to file a complaint.  The more complaints, the more the feds (or associated law firms?) will smell blood. :)

This is a survey. It asks ten questions and offers free boarding passes, cabin fare and meals on a cruise ship to Nassau, Bahamas. After you answer the ten random questions, it asks you to hold the line for an operator to take your information for the cruise - then it disconnects the call.

They call daily and no way to end it DO NOT CALL.gov doesn't seem to care. there is more numbers in sequence from like 2074932620-2074932629 maybe more

I work for a small non-profit that answers a lot of different help and information lines. Thus, I do not expect merely calling the number back and asking to be removed from the list (which I just did) will ultimately stop the problem, because the number we receive the calls from is not the same as the number we make outgoing calls with, and so how would this company know what the correct phone number is that they should be removing from the list?

They called me too at a 207-493-2629 number it is annoying I wish they would stop calling

I think the number 207 493 2629 is an app associated with yahoo and possibly google voice to tether mobile phones together without the knowledge of both mobile phone owners. I know my conversations and messages have been recorded and intercepted and bounced to an email that does not belong to me. I wish someone would call and tell me how to stop it. 404 343 5072

I think it is a magazine company, or at least that's what they told me. They just want your information to idenity rob you.

this # showed up as MRK RCHGRP; i did not answer.  the area code if for Maine and i don't know anyone in Maine.

Got this call on my cell today.  I hardly use my cell, so I don't pick up unknown numbers.  I've blocked these folks on my home phone.  They are clearly a drag.

Calls in the evening, caller ID says Caribou ME... ??? who is this... I let ans machine take it no one speaks...

Started getting one call/day from "Unknown Number" and then it got up to four/day. Then today the 207 # came up, so I'm assuming that's where all the Unknown Number calls were from. I called back and was able to press 1 to be removed from the call list. We'll see if it works.

When I would answer the phone, there was silence. I finally stopped answering, and a few calls later, the 207 # appeared.

call back. they give an option to remove your number from the calling list. takes 72 hours to be effective. first few times i tried calling back there was a busy signal. keep trying.

I answwered and "Victoria" said she would transfer my call for "an importnat message" -it was a recording to take a survey and get a free cruise (riiiiiight!). She called my work # and our operator said "she" calls about 20 times aday  :o(

"Hi this is Victoria from survey rc. Please hold the line. I have an important message for you." They always call and there's no way to remove your number from their list.

I get calls from this number, to my mobile, and I'm in the UK.  I assume it would be costly for me to answer and leave them hanging? :)  Although it does make me wonder why they think calling overseas at all is worth their time.

The caller from this number is very irritating! I get a call 2-3 times a week on my office phone after hours and it leaves an empty message. It's a dead line.

Can anything be done to make sure people don't get called from this number?

Answer their stupid little questions and then they will transfer you to a human. Tell the human that you dont want them calling anymore and some automated lady comes on and says that you have been removed from the list.

This is a scam to get your info. You will not get a free cruise.

Bay Ring will steer you to call 866-225-1956 (compliance dept of their customer who is responsible for dialing your number) and they will remove you from their call list (at least that is what they told me). Faster than calling Bay Ring (phone service provider)...

My office answers the phone for 3 different locations, so we get ALLOT of these calls.

I called Bay Ring Communications, and they said they are only the carrier of the number, not the ones actually running the call service.  They gave me the number 866-225-1956 to call, and the gal sent an email to the company as well requested my ph #s be taken off.  She said they gets calls all the time about the phone number.  I called the 866 number, and got an answering machine, and left the numbers to take off. Im going to keep calling them until I get them until I get confirmation.

 Thanks for the info, I just emailed all of the the officers, and advised the President Mr. Thayer that if they do not stop calling my "corporate cell" that I will have to contact my Corporate Security Department.

Lets just see what happens, doubt it will help but I will turn them into our corporate security, I'm good friends with him and he is exFBI.. :)
