Can't identify number using www.tnid.org

Received calls several times per week

Used google voice to place call back so I can block them when they call back and place them on the google spit/spam list.

Place call back to number and get the recording in a woman's voice that states "Thank you for calling back ! If you are not interested in our "special marketing promotion", please press 1 now to be placed a do not call list.

Note the recording said "a do not call list", not the government do not call list/registry.

This number is calling my house.
