The phone numbers (207) 622-1893, (207) 622-5031, (207) 623-3060, (207) 622-5028, (207) 622-5026, (and probably a host of others) are all associated with a website called cheaptrips.com. I checked out the website and it looks to be a clearinghouse for the travel industry. If you're receiving calls from this company you've probably booked with a travel agency that doesn't have a "no sell" policy for their phone list.

The 207-989-6079 is connected to an answer machine identifying itself as :"Cheap Trips dot com nine to five"
and appears to be a hoax posing as a company.
When called at 207-989-6079 an answer machine says to call back during business hours - EVEN IF YOU CALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!
The Brewer police dept, when called, informed me that a call to your local police department is necessary to report this caller and activate an inter department (coordination effort) action between them and Brewer Police.
17 Doughty Dr is very close to the Brewer Police Dept on Maine St in Brewer.
Any action you want to take can go through this route.
