It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

You can trace the phone # using *57 on Verizon and tehn file a complaint for harassing phone calls with your local police department. Get a case #, Officer name, phone # and fax # of police department. Then call your phone company's harassment line. Verizon's is 1-877-872-2348 ? they will then send the trace information to the police department to stop the calls.

They are breaking the law calling my number that IS listed on the nat'l do not call registry. Even if you are NOT on the registry, robocalls or prerecorded calls are illegal.   They hung-up on me and told me they were not breaking the law when I demanded to be removed from their list.  Use the link below to file a complaint:

Received call from 208-297-5732 on my do-not-call listed number. ID showed "ads plus" but no one on line.  calling back gets recording "no one available to take your call"
Report aqll these to Do Not Call registry if you are listed there.  Enough reports on a number and they prosecute.

The robo message selling a medical alert system targeted at seniors identifies the company as Senior Medical Benefits. The live caller confirmed this. The name on the caller ID was ADSPLUS. The telemarketing company no doubt. When I told the caller it was illegal to make robo calls without the recipient's permission, he said I must have opted in somewhere. I said I hadn't opted into anything. Then someone had used my number to opt me in, he said.

This was the second call from these people. The first time I pressed the number 5, which was suppose to get me taken off the list.

The telemarketer claims to be the American Senior Benefit Program, offering to sell me a medical alert system.  BTW, the real American Senior Benefits has a prominent note on its homepage stating that any telemarketer claiming to represent them is a fraud. Although the displayed number is an Idaho area code, nobody recognized the name of the governor of Idaho.  It is possible that they may have learned it by now, so if you want to waste their time, choose a different name.  They did ask me to repeat my credit card number, so it can be good to have a fake 16 digit "credit card number" and 3 digit "security number" ready in advance.  (Which I do.) Remember that Visa starts with 4 and Mastercard starts with 5. When they told me that they are having a problem with the number, I decided I'd wasted enough time.
