Sorry, But this number belongs to a debt collection agency, they mostly handle payday loan collections and credit cards. It's not a scam, so if they are calling you more than likely owe money. They will try to file civial action to collect.

My sister got a call and it said that they were going to serve me with a summons at my job and that fraudulent activity had been reported in my name and social security number. It gave me a case number and told me to call the phone number. I didn't even work before a month ago, so I have no idea what this could be!
