If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at Monica.Brown@freshfromflorida.com and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.

208-549-5833 calls daily at least once, sometimes twice. I listened to the message once and it is garbled, too low in volume, and nothing I am interested. I've been on the do not call list for years.
Stop this stuff.

These people are using fake numbers and fake names.  The Credit Voice is their real name, the name they hold on their telemarketing license, which is in Florida.  The calls are coming from 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, Florida.  Mike Hilgar runs the place.  Complain to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  The FTC already has many complaints on them.  Many Attorney General's in different states also have several complaints on these people.  Indiana Attorney General has already filed suit against them.  The more complaints these organizations get, the sooner they can be stopped.

I too am on the Do Not Call list and get 2 to 3 calls per day from this number as well as many other numbers. Finally got something that works. I went to Costco and bought the Panasonic cordless phone that has a call bock feature. There may be other brands that have this feature also. When an unwanted call shows up on the caller ID, I write down the number and then go to the call block feature and enter the number. It works great. The phone rings only once, "caller blocked" appears on the phone screen. That's it.

Why can't certian numbers be blocked? I don't understand how they get around the "Do NOT call" service.
They call at least twice a day.  Why should we have to put up with this?

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

This number calls me 2-3 times a day.  No one is ever there.  Very annoying to run in from outside to answer the phone and no one is there.  At work, this number calls also.  Employees upset they are being harassed at work.  One employee trying to steam clean parts and is interrupted and no one is there.  Try to call the number back and recording says it is a disconnected number.

Keep getting call from 208-549-5833 at approximately same time every day.  No response when call is answered.  I called the number  & there was an automated "Ring Central" response.

I have received 14 calls on oct 1, 2012-  Reported several of these to the do not call list today.  When I reported calls to the do not call services the calls tripled for the day.  What good is the do not call list if they can't stop the calls.  I have been on the do not call list since 2010 and the  calls continue to increase but today was the worst.

Today I have received more 14 calls from unknown callers.  I am on do not call lists and I placed 6 complaints with them and then the calls really started coming to  my phone.

I, also, am on the "do not call" directory & I also pay to have my phone each month; evidently that is about all the freedom I have with my phone.  These constant calls are annoying.

Called at 9:17 a. m., 9-20-2012.  Robo call about seniors and medical emergencies. I hung up. I am on do not call list, which as of this past 3 weeks, and doesn't stop anyone apparently.
