Calls every few days. Never when I'm home. Who is this?

I just started getting this call. Comes through as a "blocked number." The next time they call and I'm home I'm picking up. It's an Idaho number and I live in Idaho. The map I looked at showed north of Idaho Falls and North of Boise. Must be someone on a cell phone.

Calls at least twice a day every day.  Takes me away from what I'm doing, very bothersome.  Also get 208-639-1690 with same ID: Blocked Name. Four rings.  Never leaves a meesage.

CALLS OFTEN, I DO NOT ANSWER BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW THE CALLER.

Calls about once a week during the day. I'm not home during the day.
Never leaves a message.

several calls from this number for weeks. i as well don't answer unidentified calls and if you call it back it's a busy signal.

Calls constantly when the person they are looking for is not here.  They don't say what they want and don't EVER call when the person they are looking for is there.  Very rude and very frustrating.

Keeps calling place of business repeatedly asking for same person, when told not here they call back hours later.  The same man has called every time I answer the phone, he is quite rude and abrupt and obviously doesn't pay attention when he is told a person isn't here.  Has called almost every day at least twice for the last week and a half or so.

called said private number, when you call back it is always busy.

Said private number so I didn't answer.

Several calls from this number.  I didn't answer because I don't answer calls from unidentified callers.
