This male named Eric pretended to own a home in Los Angeles he was renting out at a very low price. Said he moved to San Antonio for business and wanted to wire deposit and rent via Western Union. Avoid this Scam.....Person does not own this home. I checked around and realtor is house is for Sale and owner is not Eric.

Thanks for responding back, i must let you know that the utilities are include with the month rent and not foreclosure the reason why we are not asking for too much was because we want any person or family moving into our home should take absolute care of the utilities and see that the whole house is kept clean and neat. If we see how good you are taking care of our home, we can extend your stay in our home and probably pay you visit once in every three month to ensure that we maintain a good relationship with you and the rest. If i see how good you are maintaining the house, I can extend you staying as long as you can stay. I am renting myself due to bad experience within my Realtor and the tenant who damage my home and it cost me a lot of money putting things back i am now renting myself you don't have to contact the agent anymore. My home is ready to move in, I can also allow you to lease for one year with option to extend. There is a washer, dryer, hookup, fridge microwave oven, garbage.electricity, heat, water, etc.
As you can see we are not around to show you our home but all is in place to allow you move in at your own convenient time, I will be sending you the entrance keys and the duplicated copy of the house document for you to go through, if all arrangement is made promptly. I will send you a rental application form as soon as you get back to me through email. I am currently in Texas due to my job i have to move with my family.
