This is IC Systems, a collection agency for bank cards that have been written off. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. After losing several big contracts because I couldn't finance raw materials, I was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can’t pay them back… their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can’t attach what isn’t there. By law they can’t take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

They will call from multiple numbers in different area codes trying to get you to answer their calls. It is good to have a way to identify these folks.  Like bkrpt, I had great credit for decades.  Unfortunately, my wife had the misfortune to get sick in America, and we ran into many crappy doctors who lied to us, and then sue us when we go bankrupt trying to find out what is wrong. .  I went from being in the upper class to soon-to-be-homeless.  The banks stopped lending to small businesses, and raised interest rates to obscene levels, making it impossible to pay.    Amex turned our card over to collections when we were 1 day late.  Our system of mega-banks crushes the masses, and pads the pockets of our corrupt politicians.  

Like bkrpt, I tell everyone not to pay.  When we all refuse to play, the system will have to reform.
