I have been  getting this number in the past hour four times.  I do not pick up and there is no message left.  However, I have a suspicion that it is connected to 315-688-5591 which is a scam.  The 315-688-5591 is also calling at about the same time and that caller, Lee Smith, does leave threats.  I think the two are connected.
