Who is making these calls?

Someone keeps calling me too?

i dont no who making the calls but they need to go to jail for this

This is exactly what I was told a few weeks ago. But I knew something was wrong because I asked repeatedly for a caase number or reference number but he beat around the bush and he just gaveme the run around. Thentoday I received a call asking me if I was gonna keep my arrangements when I didn't make any from the beginning. Thank God for the web and people posting up things like this becasue at first I really thought that I did owe something.But my family and friends kept telling me that something sounded fishy about the whole thing but I have contact numbers and when I googled the numbers I found this site, so I feel a little better knowing that I am not alone, but I will never take out another online loan EVER again. I'm so sorry that so many others are going through this as well.

can't speak english, gives you a english name like Kevin, Jason, John or some crap like that, best thing to do is report them to the FCC, just tell them they are in violation of the Fair Trade Debt Act, got 500 out of me the first, scare the crap out of me, after that I have report several of them, they always say they are from a attorney's office, after I reported them they have not called back

Same message as everybody else, do not pay them anything, I told this guy to stop calling, that I knew he was making false statements and and I will report him to the FBI

Please keep complaining to all agencies, until the Federal Goverment, and secrect service find them

Yep, S*** head called saying he was states attorney and was being suede by a cash loan company and charges were fraud and etc. Started laughing and told him to stick it up his a**. Called back three times with different numbers and turning the tables. A holes have nothing better to do then get rich temporarily off us hard working people. Well what comes around goes around. Call came up 0000 at first

AND JUST WHY CAN'T THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS S***!!!  THESE FOREIGNERS ARE RUDE, MEAN, AND THREATENING.

I just received a call from 209-642-4409 from a man with a heavy accent.  He was looking for my sister and said "very serious legal allegations are going to be filed at the courthouse against her."  He even gave me her social security number!  I told him that what he had just told me was illegal and I was going to call the Attorney General and report him.  This is the second call I have received from these people.

The guy called from this # again, saying that he is waiting for my fax promising to pay the amount i owe. But I told him that I have to wait until I talk to my Lawyers and then he said that someone from the Sheriff's office will come to give me papers in 30 mins.

So after we hung up I call our local Sheriff's office saying if there is a law suit on me to check the local attoney's web site and put in your name. if your name does not show up, then there was no one who filed a law suit against you. I checked and my name was not there. Just lucky I listened to my friends before I paid them any money.

Got another call from these people.  Siad that they had a law suit against me.  Told them to send me something in the mail.  When I told them that I was going to report them to the FCC, they hung up.

I got the same call. saying i owe some money knowing that i did not get any money in my bank account. I think when you apply for something on line, that you use your the last four digits of your SS#. they can get it easily...You got to watch out for hackers.

My ex-wife just received the same call, calls to their location result in them threatening you. Saying that they are sending someone within the hour to arrest you. Of course this is a crock as no legal institution can dictate to law enforcement who to and who not to arrest. No process was followed, she was never served.

These guys are crooks and I assume tied to the last group we dealt with they change numbers a lot.

They are scam artists. Do not pay them a dime, and do not waste time calling them back. They were able to get a lot of information from people using a cash advance company as a front or by mining their data or buying it outright so they have your social security number (or at least the last 4) and this is what they use to make you feel they are legit.

Threats of immediate legal action scare people into paying over the phone with no time to research and they count on this.

Call from Los Angeles asking for my attorney.  I don't have any business dealings with out-of-state brokers or on-line cash advance places.  Calls are to my work number
