We are having the same problem and have been assured that it is a scam.  Have you tried to get a payday loan online recently?  They seem to be hacking in to the site and stealing information.  They have called us at work.  We had to file a police report, but they are in a different country.  Not sure what can be done.

I just got a call from this number an hour ago threatening me with fraud and going to jail I tried to calm the number back and no answer and I can find no information about this number please help

just got the call today IT IS A SCAM hubby is filing a report with right now. This guy even knew hubbys place of business. This is scary!!

These a**holes are calling everyone in my life and trying to ruin my reputation. I hope they pay for this.

I just received a call from 209-729-3826 threatening me with jail time if I did not call back immediatly.  I actually just had a huge ordeal yesterday, 5/24/10, where I was threathened with jail time for supposedly not paying back a payday loan I had taken out. They even called my place of employement and stated they were my attorney and that the police may come by and question me.  I filed a report with the police as well as had to have them escort me to my car for fear that there was actually someone outside my work.  This is really scary and they do not stop!  I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and the State Attorney Generals office.

I have received six phone calls from this same number in one day as of 5/26/2010, and telling me, "Good Luck, I'm sorry this has to happen to you." When I call back the number is unavailable or a busy signal or the number you have reach is not in-service. I too was threatened that, "I or my legal rep must call back as soon as possible." I have sought legal representation and asked what should I do and I was told to get a number or name if possible. I was also told to ask the person to spell his name. This person on the other end has a Middle Eastern accent and it is hard to understand him.

I also received from same number. They also threatened me.  Said same about Sorry.  Alos said they would come to my house and arrest me.  My attorney has several clients with same one person has 30 calls on his cell phone.

Got the same messages from a man who can't speak English but has common English names - Tom Jones, David Johnson, etc..they were calling from a different number but must have had that one shut down.  Now this new number comes up but with the same message. "you or your attorney of record must call me the minute you receive this message...if you do not respond, then good luck to you".  I haven't been threatened with arrest or anything major league yet but I won't answer their calls either.  T

Hello lisa I was interested in what kind of report your husband was filing I am having the sames problem Foster called my cell phone today 51 times back to back stating I owe a payday loan for 250$ they are also calling my place of employment which I am self employed, they must be stop maybe we can band together to try to stop these insane people I really believe they are located outside the US but have a california cell number.

I put the number in 411.com and it came up as a landline in East bay Florida.

Same thing happened to me.....it is real scary...my hubby got on phone and said, "Go ahead, come and get me and I will greet you with open Triggers!".....then they hung up.

I been getting calls from this person names Taylor, Foster, Allen, evey time he calls with a heavy Indian accent, is a different name. I try to call back that number and it cuts off. How can we stop this phone calls? Does any body have an idea? This is getting ridiculous, we need to stop this people some how.

Just got a message from a David . Wasn't home and roommate took it. I have had this problem before about people threatening me with a warrent and such. I was gullible at first and sent them money right away even though I really didnt have it. This time I know it is ILLEGAL and it will be REPORTED!!!

I  recieved a message from a wierd talking guy said me and my sister erica had committed a fraud and his name was david jackson but didnt know good english so i knew the name was fake thought it was a bill collector so i checked on line with the number he left on my message and next thing i knew alot of people got the same kind of call so so if they call back im telling them to f off  cause its a scam and i reported them to FTC

I received a very threatening and rude voice message on my work phone this morning and then this person, Mark Anderson, a rude, beligerent person called my work place 4 times in a row, my office manager talked with him, but this Mark Anderson wouldn't say who he was with, but told my boss that I owed attorney fees and he was getting papers served on me, my boss told him not to call my employer anymore and hung up; this Mark Anderson called back 3 more times and would not let my boss talk.  I have had several threatening phone calls from this person, but with his heavy indian accent, you can barely make out what he says, I think he is a terrorist trying to scare innocent people.  I will be talking to him next time he calls along with the FBI and Attorney General's office.  Even if he has a valid reason for calling, he is not allowed to terrorize people, and he should be stopped.  He also left this number: 972-332-2915, he has many #s he calls from.

I got a call from the number 209-729-3826 and one from 772-600-4755 which was both from the same person a Mark Anderson.He stated that I owed a cash advance loan company 5,000 dollars and if I didn't settle with them then there would be a police officer at my door to serve me papers and to arrest me.I'm not the only one he contracted,he also called my daughter,and my son how he got their numbers I don't know but he threated them with fraud saying that we put their names down on the paper we filled out which we never filled one out.I did ask when did this all take place and they told me in march of 09.The other name of the other person I talked too was a David Walker,but I think it was the same person because I called them back and this one that answer the phone said this is David Walker how can I help you and when I ask to speak to Mark Anderson he said this is Mark anderson how can I help you.How do I report these people because I really don't know where the call was made from I just know that they kept calling myself and my family.My daughter did tell them she spook to the B.B.B. and toe the local law officers and they told her she couldn't do that and she told them like h... she can't and hung up the phone

I have gotten the same calls and they have been very rude. They called me 6 times yesterday and left a nasty message on my voicemail that I was going to be arrested. This is crazy that they can get away with this stuff. I am reporting them now!

Over the last 2 days I have been receiving threating calls from this number threating me with arrest & sueing me.  I have turned the number over to my local police they said donot worry just someone tying to get easy money. They will keep calling number trying to get ahold of mark anderson or david walker. If I could ever get my hands on these 2, well I will leave it to your all imagination.

I received phone calls today from an Indian man saying I owed a bunch of money and the sheriff would show up tomorrow and arrest me.  I could barely hear them.  They kept sending me to a Mr. Johnson and then back to Harvey Dent.  They said I had a pay day loan for $345 that now owed $1095 due to penalites and that if I went to court it would be $5,000.  They were screaming and calling me all kinds of names.  They also called my brother, told him I had committed fraud, and told him that he (my brother) would be sued for the money as well.  I tried to get the company to give me information, send me something stating what I owed, etc. They said they sent it via email but I never responded.  I asked for another number to call back (because the original kept ringing or I got a not in service message.)  He wouldn't give me a call back number.  I told him that I had to check my email and make sure he wasn't scamming me.  He gave me a hard time and then gave me a number.  972-337-2913 for all of you trying to reach someone.  I checked my email and no emails.  I'm going to contact the bank next.

i just got a call from an unavailable number from a man with a thick Indian accent he said my friend committed fraud and i owe him money when i told him to go f*** himself he told me i had a warrant for my arrest and transferred me to his supervisor his supervisor told me to call my friend to find out what she did and have her call him back at this number and said his name was David walker. when i asked him to tell me what she did exactly and why it was my problem he hung up and there is no response on that number

Received several calls with threats no info was giving from  Adam Jackson had my attorney call got response.Caller says i will be arrested to  tomorrow

I am receiving a call from this number at work, telling me to contact a previous employer that no longer works her, He is stating his name Mike Austin from "crime Monitor Center Law Office in California, When I tell him she dont work here he doesnt take no for an answer and threatens me then claims I am commiting Fraud for not relaying there message. what do I do? he has called me 5 times in the last 2 days at work a business phone.

I received threatening voicemail on my cell from this phone number threatening legal action against me from Cash Net for $5500.  Called the number back they answer Law Offices no lawyers names the person answering may be from India talking loud he knew my bank, my e-mail address, home address and the last 4 digits of my social security number. I called the number back and line cuts in and out so you cannot understand fully what the man is trying to say but I am to show up at court tomorrow morning with my lawyer yet cannot give me any other info.  I called my bank they knew nothing about a law suit against me. Person states that I will go to jail for 6 months. I asked for information to be sent to me and they state that I haven't responded to info sent to me! This will be reported.
