DONT BE INTIMIDATED-Its a scam--

I have had 25 phone calls to my cell phone in 1 day. Also had family members harrassed by cell phone. The same individual that calls is very hard to understand and each time he calls he gives a different name. The person has called from all of the below numbers:

FAKE NAMES USED by Indian Scammer-The below are some names of the person who keeps calling from the above numbers:

Identification: Thick heavy accent - sounds like he is from India

Male - mid-late 40s

Fake names used:

Ryan Rosen
David Powell
Ivan Wilson
Ronny Lischter (or something similar)

I get multiple calls from this number a day.  He claims his name is Mike from the Federal investigations bureau.  He is very rude, usually yells and says its time sensitive.  One time he said something about paperwork or downloading my name, address and social.  He had a very thick indian accent and it was very hard to understand.  The number actually comes up as unknown on my cell but he gives 209-753-4111 as a call back number.  There are times he has called me 10 times in less than a minute and leaves multiple messages a day.  I almost picked up one day and cursed him out.

This same guy has been calling me several times daily. He has called 5 xs in a row leaving the same message over and over. Has a thick indian accent, says he's an fbi agent and wants a payment immediately over the phone. He used the name sean, will not send verifation in the mail, says he'll give paperwork after payment is made!  I did a reverse phone and 209-753-4111 is from angel camp, Ca.

at 2:00 PM today this man who said his name was Eric Johnson, I had to ask him several times do to his heavy Indian accent. He told me that he was from the Federal Investigations said that there was a case against me and that it was with Cass Advance for $300.00 He said that he had my SSN# but would not give it to me when asked and said he had my checking accout number with Wachovia Bank. When I aske the address of the company that he was talking about he refused to give it to me, he said that he was going to put his supervisor on the phone name Brian Dacvis and for me to hold on then he comes back and said that Brian was busy, I told him that if he could not give me the information that I was asking I would terminate the call and did. He then called back and spoke with my HR Director and proceeded to tell here that this was a Fraud investigation and that I and other co-workers were involved in it as well. Of couse they called me and told me what he said and I  sent the information to my attorney. I do not know what they are talking about and told them so. I called the number back and spoke to a the same person and asked if he would give me the name of his company, and he would not, but asked me who was calling and I would not give my name, he then began to call me a MF and other names that I could not make out and hung up the phone.

after coming on this site and seeing that phone # 209-753-4111 is a scam it gave me some relief but this guy has my ss# .  i did report him with my local police and they gave me other numbers to call i did everything i was directed by the police.  today i got a call AT WORK from a officer justin orlando from phone # 315-294-5498 he left a voicemail, after listening to the message i could tell it was the same guy who had called from phone #209-753-4111.  does anyone know how to get these calls stopped, this is becoming harrasment.  he says that i owe $ from a cash advance place, and wants $300.00, i told him that he was a scam and i ended the call.

Indian (not sure) accent, and he is clearly calling from a call center (background noise)
